Stopped at for a quick charge on my way home this evening. Added around 100 miles extra range in 7 mins 31 secs. That's not bad going and not much extra time on top of the day's approx 7 hours total driving.

On my way down to Southampton today. Over 300 mile round trip, decided to go via the M25 this time instead of via Oxford. Hope that's not a decision I regret. Will need a short recharge on the way home.

This weekend's London trip went to plan. Got home with plenty of battery remaining (15%). Interestingly it took 30% on the way down and only 25% on the way back north. I think that's the difference between strong winds against v strong winds behind.

Day out in London today. Should be an easy one for both the Sat Nav and the range. On the A1 pretty much all the way and only 140 miles round trip. I didn't even top-up charge overnight, I've got 70% battery, that should be enough. Wonder if I'll be above or below 4 m/kWh?

Took my wife's petrol car out last night. That's 122 m of range with half a tank. Much the same as my EV6. Maybe petrol cars struggle with range in the winter? 🤔

As expected. Didn't need to charge on the way back from Leeds. Only had 6% left at the end but good to not have to fill up with expensive roadside electricity! Five hours of driving from a full battery, shows that road tripping is in the EV6 is no problem at all.

Peterborough to Leeds via family in Wakefield, 59% remaining. Should be enough for what we need tomorrow and the return journey home in the evening. All is good! 👍🏼👍🏼

Heading up to Leeds tomorrow. It's 120 miles each way. I'll charge to 100% before heading off and should be able to complete the approximately 250 miles without any charge stops. Not proper winter yet.

Took advantage of the Electroverse plunge pricing on the way to Bangor yesterday. 20% off much appreciated as 79p is a bit steep otherwise. The 300 kW Osprey chargers just off the A*5 at Billy Jeans café worked a treat though.

Stupidly I forgot to increase the charge limit to 100% when I plugged in last night to charge overnight. So starting today's trip to Wales with only 80%. Doh!

Had a big weekend of driving this weekend. Peterborough to Crewe on Saturday. Then Crewe to Manchester and back to Peterborough via Castleton in the Peak District today. From 100% charge, 282 miles and 12% left. No need for any charging stops.

Estimated arrival percentage of 57% leaving home. Actual arrival percentage was 63%. I'm finding the estimations from the Kia EV6 are generally on the pessimistic side, which is probably the best way.
