Loved walking on the causeway over to the mountain as a kid and now my little lad is doing the same. Your not doing it properly if your feet do t get wet.
A charming double fronted period Cottage, one of several cottages which are found in Queen Street, a road joining the seafront and Queen Square in the town centre.
Shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema, theatre and many art galleries are just minutes away.
The property, which sleeps 5 plus a baby, offers modern comfort, yet also has traditional character. This is an excellent holiday home, offering attractive and comfortable accommodation, in a very convenient location.
All rooms have gas central heating.

Parking is possible on the street outside.
Pets:- Small well behaved dogs are welcome but please do not leave in the cottage unsupervised.

Since 2012 the Cottage has had all windows and external doors replaced, a new oven & grill fitted to the kitchen, a new boiler and all beds have new high quality mattresses. The rear courtyard has been refurbished with new decking laid. We hope that these improvements will help make the experience of our guests even better.
There are many pubs and restaurants to be found on the seafront and in the town. Behind the cottage is Chapel Street, one of the oldest and most charming streets in the town, where there are many more inns and eating houses. The open air bathing pool, beach, harbour, parks, gardens, bowling greens, tennis courts, theatre, art galleries and children's play park are all within easy reach.
It is an ideal base for exploring the nearby fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole to the west while to the east in Mounts Bay can be seen Marazion and St Michaels Mount. On both north and south coasts beautiful secluded coves, and long sandy beaches are separated by the magnificent rugged coastline along which the renowned coastal path winds it's way through a carpet of heather and gorse. To the north the vibrant artists village of St Ives attracts international visitors to it's winding lanes, harbour and Tate Gallery.
