Clickable links are one of the basic things you should have in your bio. The reason will make more sense when you hear that putting a link in your post copy can actually lose you views. The best way is to refer in posts, lives and reels to your link in your bio at all times as a call to action.

3 THINGS FOR YOUR BIO TO WORK!!

> ADD YOUR NAME!!
You need your name or business name to make it easily searchable. People may come across you in the explore tab or through hashtags so you want your business to easily stand out

> WHO DO YOU HELP?
Be super clear in your bio who your ideal client or target market is. Are you a restaurant or a retail place? Do you sell home items or work with interior design? Could you be a hairdressing salon including beauty or just hair alone? Its important to be clear or your ideal client may scroll past.

> ADD A CALL TO ACTION
How can they find you? Have you a weblink or a telephone number. Id highly suggest looking at Linktree for this option.

INCLUSIVE: Open to everyone, not limited to certain people.

Instagram have finally given us closed captions for our stories. Not only do 85% of people watching video content listen with the sound off but also 5% of the world's population are deaf or hard of hearing.

Make sure you use captions where possible alongside ALT text on pics to help everyone enjoy our social platforms.
