It is all about raising aspirations and developing community cohesion. Ocean Youth, formerly Parkfield Xtreme Radio, is here to give a platform for the voice of the young people of Torbay. Set up by Sound Communities CIC the station works with over 800 young people across the Bay a year, providing live broadcasting and podcasts.
