Process of making vegetables egg fried rice

wash the uncooked rice with water to reduce the starch content

parboil the washed rice with chicken sauce and set aside

break your eggs in a mixing bowl and set aside

- Dice your onions

prepare your carrots, green beans, broccoli, corn and set aside

-set heat on medium heat and put your fryjng pan

Add about 2-3 spoons of cooking oil

Add your onions and stir briefly.

-Add your mixed egg and stir

-Add your salt and vegetables

-stir continuously to avoid burning

Add your spices; ginger powder, tumeric, rosemary, stock cubes and stir for about 30 seconds

-Add the parboiled rice and stir continuously for about 5 mins

-you can add pepper if you prefer.

- you can serve with roast chicken in tomatoes sauce.

So today, I and the kids returned the books which we had borrowed. The excitement on their faces couldn’t be matched. It was also exciting to see them excited. So we matched to the Library and Hurray! They have completed their summer reading challenge. They even got a certificate. How wonderful!
Afterwards, we strolled around the street doing little things here and there.
Just the diaries of a young mum of three.
