Thank you for your commitment to this gig thus far, it really is much appreciated. I will be doing online interviews, live radio shows and going to local gigs where I can. I am just wondering....is there anything else that you would like to see/hear before this gig? I want to make this work and show what a strong underground scene we have here in the UK. Dead of Winter Fest II will be spectacular in January, but what would you like to see before then to whet your appetite for this gig and then DWF. Old school is the future!!!!

FULL LINE-UP RELEASED FOR RABIDFEST 2024 💥

Rabidfest 2024 is shaping up to be one of the biggest events in our short history - with highly anticipated headline sets from the legendary Evile, and the mighty Viscera across the Rabidfest weekend. Secure your tickets below 👇
https://www.rabidfest.co.uk/tickets

We're excited to share the final few bands to complete the line-up for Rabidfest 2024 on the Devolution Stage!

FORLORN 💥 Folk Horror quintet Forlorn stake their claim as main support for Viscera on the Sunday 3rd November. Forlorn have been mesmerising audiences across the UK since early 2020, through a unity of atmospheric black metal, post-hardcore and groove influences. Hot off the invocation of latest single 'Creatress', Forlorn will drop jaws through this set of true immersion.

OCEAN PLANET 💥 From the depths of Reading emerge Technical Progressive Metalcore outfit, Ocean Planet - who have made a seismic impact on the local scene this year through atmospheric soundscapes and earth-shaking vocals. Ocean Planet will be playing on Sunday 3rd November - will you assimilate?

40000 LEAGUES 💥 Emerging from Greater Manchester are five-piece metal outfit 40,000 Leagues, who grab themselves an early slot on the Saturday 2nd November. Get ready for anthemic vocals and blood-pumping guitar work reminiscent of the best of early days metalcore.

THEORIST - Hailing from the South Coast, Progressive Metallers Theorist secure their slot on the Sunday 3rd November on the Devolution Stage. Technical guitar riffs, combined with hard hitting vocals, seamlessly delivered with a powerful punch that will get feet moving, and heads banging - THEORIST style.

DEAD MAN'S PISTOL 💥 Infectiously groovy. Energetic hard rock from the heart of Wi******er. Dead Man's Pistol have won hearts throughout the local scene across 2024, and we cannot wait to welcome them to their debut Rabidfest slot on Saturday 2nd November on the Devolution Stage.

HALFWAY HOME 💥 Winter approaches, as Halfway Home will be helping us write the next chapter in Rabidfest history as they open the Devolution Stage on Sunday 3 November. Effortless charisma is the name of the game with the Bucks-locals, who'll start day two of Rabidfest 2024 with a bang.

We will also be joined across the weekend by Cloven Hoof, Fury, Damaged Reich, Recall The Remains, Voidwalker, As The World Dies, Draconian Reign, Eschalon, EXISTENTIALIST, IMPERIUM, From Her Ashes, and Rats Eat Rats

Proceeds of Rabidfest 2024 will be donated to The Sophie Lancaster Foundation - a cause who’s work resonates across metal and alt communities across the UK, for which we’re truly proud to once again support.

It's no secret I have been struggling with my photography mojo for a good while now.
I at last sat down for a little while to edit some images
Here are some from Rabidfest last year. So long ago.
Some GUTLOCKER, Tribe Of Ghosts, Stone Soup Blues Band and a few other bands. Plus some crowd shots.
Sorry Greg Brown it just lent it's self to the edit.
Still lots of work to go to get back to my old standard. I'll get there though.

We are back on Moshville Radio for another Metal 2 the Masses - Oxford special.
We are interviewing the final 4 bands to make it through to the 1/4 finals. It's going to be a busy night full of the normal chaos.
Oh and maybe the odd "would you rather?"

Tonight from 20:00 we are back with the last of this years Metal 2 the Masses - Oxford heat rounds 🤘🏻

Not only do we have the pleasure of talking to the bands who made it through to the quarter finals from both the crowd and judges votes, but also this year's wild card, all going through from the same heat.

Tune in and join in the moshpit as we reminisce on what turned out to be the best and hardest round in the competition so far 🖤
