Our Summer Holiday was spent on a Road Trip along the Wild Atlantic Way, We camped at Keel bay Co. Mayo and Toured from Achill Island to Co Clare and back with many stops along the way. It way truly a memorable holiday and of course We had to stop off at the Father Ted house, but unfortunately Mrs Doyle wasn't in.

Today, 10th September marks World Sucide Awareness Day. 💜

In 2022, Northern Ireland tragically lost 203 lives to su***de, with a number of these deaths in our local community.

This year we are supporting the Niamh Louise Foundation, a su***de prevention, intervention and post-vention charity, who offer life saving services within our community, to those who need it most.

Unfortunately the Niamh Louise Foundation do not currently receive government funding, and instead solely rely on funding from the community to sustain their work.

We are delighted to have already raised over £1,000 to date for the foundation, and there is still time for you to get involved in our fundraising efforts…

It's the simple thing that make your day 💜
This evening I was out walking my dog in the Gortin Glens and found the cutest little gift 🥰

I originally thought it was a box of tablets and went to pick it up to put in the bin before a child or dog ate them, only to realize it was some cute little handmade mushroom by .
This is so cute, I love it 💜 the details and time put in to this is incredible 🤙🏼

I've had the pleasure of working with this charity on several occasions and I couldn't recommend the amazing work they do enough. 💜💜

Since December 2022, the foundation has seen an increase of 600% in families bereaved by su***de requiring our services, and on average see 14 new referrals per month of individuals suffering with thoughts of su***de/self-harm.

Currently the foundation relies solely on funding from the community to sustain our work, and a grant like this would help us continue to deliver live saving services across Northern Ireland.
