The MK STEM Awards 2025 are set to honour outstanding achievements in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics within Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. We invite individuals, teams, and organisations to showcase their contributions by entering the following award categories:

Advancing Women in STEM: Recognising those committed to enhancing the participation and advancement of women in STEM fields.

Education Excellence: Celebrating educational establishments that demonstrate inclusivity and excellence in STEM course offerings and support for a diverse student cohort.

Student Superstar (School): Honouring students aged 5-16 who have shown exemplary progress in a STEM subject through a project or initiative.

Student Superstar (Further/Higher Education): Acknowledging individuals in further or higher education who have demonstrated outstanding progress in a STEM subject through a project or initiative.

Tomorrow’s Leader: Highlighting young individuals (aged 16-30) leading projects that improve STEM initiatives and exhibit strong leadership qualities.

Changemaker / Lightbulb: Recognising innovative projects or initiatives undertaken within the last three years that distinguish an organisation or individual within their industry.

Seed: Celebrating STEM start-ups established within the last three years that demonstrate strong plans for innovation and financial growth.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D, E & I): Honouring efforts that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the STEM community.

Sustainability: Recognising initiatives that contribute to environmental sustainability within STEM fields.

Lifetime Achievement: Celebrating individuals with a longstanding commitment and significant contributions to STEM.

STEM Ambassador: Acknowledging individuals who actively promote and inspire others in STEM.

AI Impact: Recognising significant contributions to the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Heartfelt Award: Celebrating projects or initiatives that have made a meaningful impact on the community through STEM.

STEM Champion: Honouring individuals or organisations that have made significant contributions to advancing STEM.
