The Centre of Wellbeing, Training & Culture is pleased to provide FREE Skill Development Sessions over the holidays for young people aged 19-24 years as part of our Supporting Young People Into the Media Industry programme.

Dates: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 27th July to 2nd September 2021.
Times: 1pm—4pm

Our first session starting on Tuesday 27th July will be Introduction to Film Making, and our second session on Wednesday 28th July will be Introduction to Audio Software. Perfect for young people with an interest in media. (Please see attached leaflet).

Sessions will be in-person at our new CWTC venue in Rochdale, to give young people hands-on experience with the professional media equipment and facilities at our centre, and to aid in their learning.

Young people will learn skills such as video and audio production, digital marketing, personal budgeting, and employability skills with a focus on the media industry.

Fantastic free opportunity for young people interested in film!

We are offering 2 free Zoom training sessions next week, where young people aged 19-24 can learn about filmmaking and how to kickstart their career as a filmmaker!

There's even a chance to follow up with some face-to-face sessions, where young people have to chance to use some of the equipment we have here at our new Centre of Wellbeing, Training & Culture venue in Rochdale and learn about the editing software we use.
