I actually slept really well!
I struggle to switch off especially in the run up to an event as well as after. Conversations with customers will replay for a few days, mostly those who are either experiencing a tough time or my favourite from the weekend is a little girl of 4 who is a white witch with the most beautiful heart!
I digress! The sleep crystals have definitely helped my sleep score rise for in the 60's up to 88, so pleased (this in turn has lowered my resting heart rate).
I have chosen 4 crystals to help create a relaxing and calming experience as well as a complimentary clear quartz to amplify all those gorgeous energies.
Not only that but each set has a QR code on the back that takes you to a secret page on my website, it has a description of each crystal and how to utilise the set to it's best abilities 🩶

Tomorrow is the Summer Solstice! I will be trading at Bosfest in Market Bosworth all weekend so took a little time out today to make some butter, I used the buttermilk to make sourdough waffles 🩶
