Jen at Sunshine Therapies knows what she’s doing when it comes to remedial massage therapy.
After a wipeout on ice, during a recent ski trip, my shoulder and arm were in complete agony. Nothing broken just tight, sore muscles.

Jen took the time to really listen to my issues and customise the treatment to my specific needs.
She then worked her magic and I’ve now got movement back in my arm - just in time for the next ski trip ⛷️

FINAL WORD: My back and shoulders were really tight with knots and Jen got them all out. Highly recommend 😊

Number Sixteen is spot on. It’s in a convenient location overlooking Bingham Buttercross Memorial on Market Square 🙂 Chris and his team are always welcoming. They're friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. For a pre-Christmas catch up we couldn’t have picked a better venue. We opted for: ☕️ Tea & coffee 🥚 Spinach omelette served with homemade Boston beans, cheese and crispy bacon off the specials menu. This had been enthusiastically sold to us and were sooo glad it was! What do you need after a fabulous walk along a river on a sunny autumnal day? A cafe stop. Close to the River Trent in a delightful setting near Gunthorpe Lock is La Vague . There’s plenty of seating inside and out. The sun was shining and the birds were singing so we opted for outside seating. The descriptions of each cake make your decisions difficult and your mouth water. In the end we chose: ☕️ Americano decaf ☕️ Americano coffee 🍰 2 Lemon & Ginger Cakes Everything was delicious and the service couldn’t have been better.
