THE BLYTHES AND THE BLADE
With an original city setting, co-editor Sam Marshall brings us a thrilling heist one-shot for Blades in the Dark (or adaptable to your favourite TTRPG)!
House Blythe are meddling in powers beyond the mortal realm, and Sheerharbour's criminal underworld is taking notice. Can your crew break their defences and steal one of their precious ethereal implements?!
It's been a while. And we've missed you.
But what's this emerging from the depths..?

Huge thanks to all of our contributors and to The Dice Cup (Nottingham's Favourite Board Game CafΓ©) for hosting us. It's such a relief to finally have this finished and out there, I want all of you to promise not to seek out Sam on the roads and waylay him with any riddles.
I really hope you like it π₯³π§β€οΈ
MORE EXCITING NEWS!
We are very proud to announce that Trove will be available in physical form, generously hosted by The Dice Cup, Nottingham's favourite board game cafΓ©!
Issue 1 has just hit the press! For comparison, here's our long-suffering proof copy. We'll show you the far superior finished copies when they're done and delivered. We can't wait! π₯³
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, friends of each gender, we're excited to show you the cover of our first issue!
Lucy Marshall (That's Lucykaet on insta) has drawn the fearsome and devious Fool's Gold Dragon, a beast whose statistics and abilities you can find within, detailed by our very own Sam Marshall.
When is that? Oh, the first issue will be available at gumroad.com/trovezine on the 29th of October, this very Friday! At 7pm. Be there, own this historic document, learn all about the Fool's Gold Dragon and all the other fantastical articles we have for you!
Welcome, Traveller! π§ββοΈ
This is Trove, an indie zine for all things relating to tabletop role-playing games, from Hideout Productions. Picture it as one of those Tipz n Trickz guides that came with video games magazines before they were outcompeted by Websites. But it's for your favourite TTRPG rather than The Simpsons: Hit & Run (2003).
It will feature homebrew player options, monsters and adventures, one-pager RPGs, opinion pieces and artwork!
We're hurrying to finish our first issue, which has been in the works since February. Subscribe/join/share so that you do not miss our announcements.
Any day now we'll tell you when you'll be able to go to gumroad.com/trovezine, type some money into the computer and get the combined sweat of all of our contributors: Lucy Marshall, Sam Marshall, Jamie Drew, Philippa Mort and Joe Hadley.
We're really proud of this! I can't wait to show you the cover art, it's so sick. π₯³
