Hello everyone. Sorry for the very quiet few weeks. Sarah and I decided we really did need a break from everything, emails, social media and HB. We love our little business, but it can be quite overwhelming juggling this, work and a family. But we are back on it now! So, as I have sat down this afternoon and responded to emails (sorry to all for the little delay), I've made a few little mini-resolutions and I think this quote says it all really. I think a lot of people (myself included) forget how much people do behind the scenes of a business, the successes and the failures. So, I'm going to be grateful for all the little things this year and learn from my mistakes. How about you?

Happy holidays to everyone. What a fabulous year we have had, we try to do our best and work hard between our families and work commitments. We've loved supporting and being supported by all of you, so thank you very much. We are now closed and will reopen in the new year and we are looking forward to 2025!

I'm reviewing this as part of a tour for HB Publishing House.

The animals of Beebank Wood have all been waiting for a very special day. Join Bear, Fox, Mouse and all their friends for a delightful festive celebration.

This enchanting story warmed my heart and brought a smile to my face. Each character makes their own special little contribution, and I feel this story speaks to the importance of spending time with the ones you care about the most.

The story is uncomplicated and beautifully written, with delightful illustrations of all the characters. It's ideal to read to or with children during winter time, especially if they enjoy stories about animals.
