Testimony 360 is one of our most ambitious and important projects to date. On behalf of the Holocaust Educational Trust (UK) , we created a VR educational experience that traces the lives of two Holocaust survivors, Manfred and Susan – telling their incredible stories.
Launched officially in June 2024, the VR experience is part of an educational programme that will be used in schools across the UK to help 14 -18 year olds learn more about the Holocaust – at a time when understanding both its historical and enduring impact has never felt so relevant. Immersive technology enables us to preserve significant points in history, art and culture – with VR, AR and 360 films all offering ways we can create permanent digital archives. We captured this haunting scene of ‘Die Rampe’ in Germany using photogrammetry scans as part of our work on #Testimony360 – a project that preserves significant historical places for future generations to experience and understand.
