Lab Media

Lab Media Laboratory Media Education simplify technology so that it can be used creatively to achieve positive change in Education, Health and Social Inclusion.

We work with wide range of partners, clients and students to identify how creative technology can achieve a positive change. We do this in a wide range of settings in projects such as early years music, engaging teenagers in education using robots and coding or making patient voice videos for mental health patients.

Some more 3D printing joy at Lab Media Towers.

We are always so proud of our students, especially when they step outside their comfort zone (which is often the digital world) and get hands-on with some craft materials and hot glue to make something amazing like this marble run.

A lot of our students get really excited about 3D printing, and so do our staff.

At Lab Media, we have been concerned at the lack of support specifically for parents and carers of neurodivergent children to help keep them safe online. This event is a step in the right direction and it’s free. Please do share this link with parents, carers and colleagues.

!! NEWS !!

Here at Lab Media towers, we have new staff members, new rooms and new tech for people to come and work with. We have been working hard on expanding our visual arts department for the doodlers, cartoonists, potential art course students and creative thinkers.

We have had lots of fun working with our new cutting machine, making decals, t-shirts, templates and stickers. There are lots of fun new apps for drawing, artistic design and sound coding. And, we are using a lot of A.I. to create music and written content too.

We're still working with all the other great tools and toys, check them out here: https://www.labmedia.uk/education

Spaces available now. If you would like a look around and a chat, drop us a message or give us a call to find out more information.
