Is fossil fuel advertising on its way out? 🚫🛢️ NGOS Adfree Cities and the New Weather Institute have reported WPP to the OECD - OCDE, alleging its work for oil giants like Shell and ExxonMobil violates climate and human rights standards.

Veronica Wignall (Adfree Cities) and barrister Harj Narulla (Doughty Street Chambers) argue it's time for ad agencies to stop promoting polluters. But industry leaders, including Stephen Woodford (Advertising Association), defend the practice.

✨ Yesterday, our editors from the London and Norwich offices met up in London for a festive catch-up.

The day was spent working together, sharing ideas, and looking back on a successful year. They wrapped it up with a celebratory drink at the pub! 🍻 How very British of them! (minus Kristian and Rachael – you were missed!)

🎄 We’re Spreading Christmas Cheer! 🎁 This year, BizClik is excited to be part of the Salvation Army Christmas Preset Appeal! Our BizClikers will be donating new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children who might not otherwise receive a present this holiday season.

Later this month, we’ll be sending all the donations to the Salvation Army, where they will be wrapped and distributed to those in need.

✨ We’re thrilled to give back and spread some joy. Stay tuned for regular updates as we continue to support this wonderful cause!
