Creative Freedom Festival
5th and 6th of October, 2024.

Dear friends and creatives.
Let me introduce Creative Freedom Arts Funding. this is an organisation that will set out to help raise money that charities and other groups can use to help fund their creative projects and activities, especially those projects that benefit mental health and well-being through creativity. There will be many ways we hope to raise money but at the heart of our efforts will be exhibiting art, arranging performing arts and music shows, gigs!
We see this as a way creatives, performers and artists can help others whilst doing what they do best.
This is an update of where we are with the first Creative Freedom Festival.
GENERAL
We are now securing the line up for our launch event in October.
We are planning to have music on the Saturday, from 1pm to Midnight.
Then Sunday, 12pm to 4pm.
MUSIC
We ware going to have a range of music to cover all tastes. To provide a platform for new groups, musicians, solo artists, established bands and DJ’s to perform. Once we have a confirmed line up we will publish the schedules, as a guide for attendees to follow and for sales.
There are several bands and DJ’s ready to play but there is space for a few more, can you please contact me (Tom) if you are a band, an artist or performer so that we can book you in. OR if you know of anyone (band etc) that might be interested please let me know.

If you are a bang and have enquires about production, stage management or have particular requirements please contact us.
My son Gus is in charge of that.
ART
We will have an exhibition of art from amateurs and professionals.
Also work from the services we hope to support, including secure premises education (Hospital and Prison).
We ask that all work will be sold with a minimum of 50% commission from sales going towards CFAF.
FOOD and DRINK
We will have food and drink provided by some local producers and larger suppliers.
Fin from Native2Norfolk will be helping us with this.
TiICKETS
We will set up a ‘pass’ for the event that can be acquired by making a donation to CFAF.

THE VENUE
We are being slightly secretive about the ‘venue’ as at present we have a few sites in the mix, each has strong selling points, so we are just waiting to see what the best deal is we can get to suit our needs. All be be revealed very soon.
SUMMARY
We are going to have a super variety of music for you to enjoy, in a relaxed location at an interesting venue.
Music from Chill DJ mixes, to hard rock; alternative band experiences to melodic vocal.
All backing a curated mixture of modern and contemporary art, with food and drink.
So please save the dates and get in touch to see how you can help, so we can raise as much money as possible.

This is a modest, manageable launch but we hope that great things will grow from it...
