“MACBETH” (post-production) - a modern day urban Macbeth based in Northampton. Behind the Scenes Teaser. Behind the Scenes Crew.
“NENE” (post-production) - Behind The Scenes. Supported by BBC Children in Need and Heritage Lottery funded Nenescape, we have produced a feature film set along the River Nene involving young people from Northamptonshire. Exclusive preview screening of the film at Northampton Filmhouse on Sat 13th July!
“UN-NAMED PROJECT” - (in development, due for shooting late 2019 and early 2020)
“REVERBERATIONS” (2018) - Sci-fi drama for British Sign Language TV, shown on Film 4. In 2167, a fascist Government uses advances in gene therapy to wipe out Deafness and create a "perfect" society. A young Deaf time traveller is sent back to 2018 to find the inventor of the cure and change her mind before it's too late.
“NIGHT DEVIANT” - (in development) - British Sign Language horror film.
“GANG LIFE” - (post-production) - made with the support of BBC Children in Need and the Office of Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner via Northamptonshire Community Foundation.
“ON-CALL FIREFIGHTER” (2019) - recruitment videos made for Northamptonshire Fire Service to promote on-call firefighter recruitment in Northamptonshire. 5 Videos created:
“Do it for your community”, “ Do it for your pride”, “Do it for yourself”, “Do it for your prospects”, “Do it for your family”.
We worked with young people from Bee Hive Northampton, a sixth form special educational needs school, to come up with the ideas, pitch to the fire service and shoot out on location in Northants. Behind the Scenes.
“WHY FILM IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE” (2018) - take a look at what Northants has to offer the film industry. Dramatic shorts showing off some of our stellar locations!
“THESE STREETS” (2017) - Music Video for Canter Semper - supported by BBC Children in Need and Northampton Borough Council, keeping in with Screen Northants’ social enterprise model, young people star in the music video and were involved in the production.
“ONE GOOD DEED” (2016) - Short film created for Holocaust Memorial Day 2016 on that year's theme of Don't Stand By. The film was produced by Screen Northants in Northampton supported by Northampton Borough Council, School of Life and Northamptonshire Community Foundation. Screen Northants worked with Northampton residents of all ages to produce the film alongside film professionals.
“CURFEW” (2016) - A group of young people need to get back home before dark... Produced with the help of Northampton Borough Council, Growing Together and BBC Children in Need. A group of young people not in mainstream education from Rushmere Academy produced the short with the help of film professionals. See Behind the Scenes.
“TIMETABLE” (2015) - A man is met with suspicion when he wants to catch the lesser known weekly night train to the coast. The short was produced to discuss historical and contemporary issues of persecution. Made in connection with Holocaust Memorial Day 2015. Behind the Scenes.
