This Thursday I’m riding 150 miles in my shed for our NHS charities! 😳

I'm joining Mark Beaumonts 'World in a Day' challenge cycle to ride around the world in one day. https://worldinaday.com/ The core peloton & support riders will pedal a variety of distances - mine is 150 miles and the aim is to raise £1 per mile.

NBM is born! At we have been working round the clock to produce a hand sanitiser
selling only to trade/ key worker organisations just now across the country
in the fight against .We are delighted to be able to offer our WHO approved Nil By Mouth hand sanitiser which has an alcohol content of 80% and
is primarily being sold in 5 litre bottles.
Our order book for those customers shall be open again on Monday.
