Released on May 23, 1995, Natural Mystic: The Legend Lives On serves as an addendum to the 1984 compilation album Legend. While Legend primarily features love songs, Natural Mystic delves into Bob Marley's more politicized and religious-themed works, providing a balanced perspective of his musical legacy. The album opens with the title track "Natural Mystic," where Marley warns of the need to "face reality now" amidst global upheaval and change. Other notable tracks include "Africa Unite," "So Much Trouble In The World," and "Iron Lion Zion," each exploring themes of unity, societal challenges, and personal resilience.⁠
