So Fridays show was pre recorded as I wanted the day to prepare for my clubland night which was a massive success 😊.

Everyone reacts and this can change depending on their mood, belief system/experiences. If we all just reacted with love I feel like there would be a greater appreciation for each other and ultimately ourselves.

No reacting from fear, anger, frustration - Just Love, a positive perception showing compassion, empathy and understanding xx

Ill be talking about some dumb ass s**t on this weeks show (although I wont be saying "s**t" live on air lol

I would love to hear your stories.

I'll go first..

Last Friday, I left my phone charger at the studio, I went back to collect and parked in a different place. I got out of the car and started walking to the building when I hear a loud crash noise. I then hear a car alarm. I headed back to the car park to find my car wasn't in the place I left it 😫 It had rolled down the small bank and crashed into the barrier 😭😭 I had only left my car handbrake off.
