If you’d like Instagram to play a calmer, more intentional role in your business, these are the ways I can support you.

I work with business owners who care about their work and how they feel while they’re building it.

Most people I support aren’t short on ideas or motivation. They’re usually stuck in one of these places:

→ they don’t know where to start or what to post

→ they’re posting, but they don’t have a structured approach

→ they want guidance that fits around real life (and doesn’t require them to be high-energy all the time)

So I offer a few different ways to get support, depending on what you need right now.

✨ Start here (free)

→ Instagram First Impressions Review

→ 10-Day Visibility Confidence Challenge

✨ If you want a simple plan to follow

→ £9 Mini Content Plan

✨ If you want your profile looked at properly

→ Profile Reviews (from £97)

✨ If you want support and guidance

→ 30-minute Visibility Check-In (£49)

→ 90-minute Instagram One-to-One (£249)

→ Instagram with Ease: 4-Week Small Group Reset (£222)

✨ If you want longer-term support

→ 3-Month Mentorship (from £997)

✨ If you prefer learning live

→ Instagram strategy workshops and talks

If you’re not sure what fits, send me a message and tell me what Instagram feels like at the moment (for example: “I don’t know what to post” or “I need my profile to make more sense”). I’ll point you to the best next step.

I wanted to share this because throughout 2025 I saw so many introverted business owners feeling overwhelmed by Reels.

Not because they weren’t capable, or because they “needed to put themselves out there more”. It was usually because they’d picked up a few assumptions about what Reels are meant to look like.

Things like:

→ you have to talk to camera

→ you need perfect editing

→ you should be posting constantly

→ it only counts if the views are huge

And when you’re starting from those assumptions, it’s really easy to:

→ keep putting Reels off because it feels like a huge, overwhelming task

→ overthink what to film, then film nothing

→ try once, hate it and decide Reels just aren’t for you

So I put this post together to clear a few of those up, and share what I actually see working for my clients.

Because when the starting point is simpler, everything tends to follow: choosing a clear idea, filming a few clips, adding a line of text and sharing it without overthinking every detail.

If you’ve ever thought:

“Maybe Reels just aren’t for me.”

This post is for you.

Which one surprised you the most?

P.S. If you want help putting a simple, repeatable process in place, my live online workshop Reels Made Simple is on Wednesday 28 January at 10:30am and it’s just £47. Comment SIMPLE and I’ll send you the details.

It’s not too late to book Reels Made Simple at the early bird price, but it does end tonight (31 December).

If you want to:
→ stop overthinking what to film
→ have a simple process you can repeat, instead of starting from scratch every time
→ create Reels that look intentional and speak to the right people (without being on camera all the time)

this is for you.

Early bird is £37 (usually £47) and it ends tonight. Enter code EARLYBIRDJAN in the coupon code box.

Comment SIMPLE and I’ll send you the link (or tap the link in bio).

Viral is unpredictable. A simple process you can repeat is not.

If you want Reels that actually support your business, you need two things:

1. a message that speaks to the right people
2. a format that feels easy enough to use consistently

That’s what Reels Made Simple is for.

It’s a live step-by-step workshop on Wednesday 28 January at 10.30am (via Zoom).

It’s just £47 but if you enter code EARLYBIRDJAN at checkout you can save your seat for £37 until midnight tonight (31st December).

This is the kind of feedback I love to hear after a Reels workshop.

Because that’s the whole point of Reels Made Simple.

Most business owners don’t avoid Reels because don’t have ideas. They avoid them because they’re not sure what to film, how to put it together or how to make it look effective without losing loads of time to editing.

So in this workshop, we keep it practical.

We’ll cover:

→ simple Reel formats you can repeat (including options that don’t need you talking to camera)

→ how to film with everyday clips so it still feels intentional

→ the small technical details that make Reels look cleaner

→ a step-by-step process you can use again next time, instead of starting from scratch

Reels Made Simple is live on Zoom on Wednesday 28 January at 10.30am.

Early bird is £37 (usually £47) and it ends tomorrow- 31 December.

When you have a simple, repeatable process, everything gets easier - from knowing what to film to actually posting consistently.

Creating Reels that attract the right people doesn’t have to mean putting on a performance or chasing every trend.

It can be simple and intentional.

And it can be something you repeat without it taking over your week.

For a lot of the business owners I work with, the issue isn’t effort or confidence.

It’s the “what am I actually making?” part.

Not knowing what to film, how to put it together, which settings matter or how to keep it simple enough that it feels realistic to repeat.

That’s where having a clear process helps.

Here’s what that can look like:

✨ Opening Instagram and already knowing what you’re filming because you’ve got a small plan to follow

✨ Using everyday clips from your work and still having your Reels look considered

✨ Spending less time adjusting settings or redoing things because you know what makes the difference

✨ Posting more consistently because you’re not starting from scratch every time

That’s exactly what we’ll work through inside Reels Made Simple, my live Zoom workshop on Wednesday 28 January at 10.30am.

I’ll walk you through a simple, repeatable way to create Reels that support your business, without overcomplicating them or asking you to show up in a way that doesn’t feel right.

Early bird discount ends this Wednesday 31 December (£37 instead of £47).

If you’re reading this and thinking, yes please, you can book via the link in my bio.

Or comment SIMPLE and I’ll send the details over.

I want to be clear about who my Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed for, and who it might not be the best fit for.

It’s for business owners who want Reels to support their work, but prefer a calmer, more considered approach to creating content. People who value having clear direction, and who want ideas that make sense for their offer and the people they want to reach.

It’s especially helpful if you like knowing why you’re posting something, not just what to post.

It may not be the right fit if you enjoy jumping on trends, experimenting with fast-paced content or posting frequently just to see what works. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just a different way of working.

This offer is about having a small set of Reel ideas that feel relevant, manageable and aligned with how you run your business, so you’re not having to decide everything from scratch each time.

I’m opening the Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank to a small number of people and it’s just £49 until Monday.

Reels don’t need to go viral to grow your business.

They just need to speak to the right person, with the right purpose.

When clients come to me for help with Reels, they’re rarely looking for more ideas or new features to learn.

They want Reels that actually support their business.

They want content that connects with the right people, that makes it clear what they offer and why it matters.

They want their Reels to support their goals, not just “being visible.”

That’s why I don’t focus on viral tactics or complicated edits. I help clients create Reels with a clear purpose, ones that speak to their ideal audience and support a specific offer or outcome.

And that’s exactly what my Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to do.

You tell me your offer and who you want to reach, and I create five tailored Reel ideas that do the thinking for you. Each one is designed to feel manageable to film, relevant to your audience and clear about what’s in it for them.

No trends to keep up with and no wondering what to say.

Just Reels that work with your business, not against it.

I’m opening this to a limited number of people so I can give each content bank the time and care it needs.

Just £49 until Monday 22 December.

✨ If you want Reels that support your offers and goals, comment REEL5 for the link.

Many of the people I work with don’t struggle to come up with ideas.

Often it’s working out what to say, what to show and how to make it connect to their business in a way that feels natural.

That planning stage can take far more time and energy than the filming itself.

The Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to support that part.

Instead of starting from a rough idea or a saved clip and trying to turn it into something useful, you get five Reel ideas that are already shaped around your work, your audience and how you prefer to show up. Each one has clear guidance so you know what to include and how to approach it, without needing to overthink the process.

There’s no expectation to use everything at once. You can dip in when you need direction and leave the rest for later.

I’m opening this to a small number of people so I can create each content bank with proper care.

It’s just £49 (but only until 22nd December)

Many Reels start to feel difficult long before you even get to the filming part.

And it’s not always because of confidence or editing, but because there isn’t a clear sense of what the Reel is meant to support.

When I support clients with Reels, that’s always where we begin. We decide what the content is there to do right now - whether that’s pointing to an offer, helping people understand what you do or supporting your visibility more generally.

Once that’s decided, the rest tends to fall into place more easily. The filming feels more focused, the message is clearer and each Reel has a job to do rather than trying to cover everything at once.

That’s what the Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to support.

You tell me your offer and who you want to reach, and I create five tailored Reel ideas that fit both. Each one comes with opening lines, on-screen text suggestions and filming prompts, so you’re not left figuring out how to shape the idea or where to begin.

There are no trends to keep up with and no complicated editing involved. Just considered ideas you can return to when you want to stay visible in a way that fits your business.

I’m opening this to a limited number of people so I can create each content bank with care.

It’s just £47, but only until 22nd December.

When people tell me that they struggle with Reels, it’s rarely about confidence or creativity.

Quite often, it’s the planning stage that slows everything down. Sitting down with the intention to create something, then getting stuck deciding what’s worth saying, how to say it and whether it even makes sense for their business.

That uncertainty can drain energy far more quickly than filming ever does.

What I’ve seen again and again is that once someone has clear direction - ideas that link directly to their offer and audience - the filming part becomes much easier to approach.

That’s what this week’s offer is designed to support.

The Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to take the thinking out of Reels and give you clear ideas you can work from, without needing to perform or keep up with trends.

It’s £49, available at this price for 7 days only, and I’m keeping numbers limited so I can create each one properly.

✨ If you’d like someone else to take care of the planning, comment REEL5 and I’ll send you the details.

If you want to stay visible on Instagram but your energy is limited, it can feel frustrating trying to think of something new to post.

Here are three simple content ideas you can use even when your capacity is low:

1. Share one small, practical tip your audience can use straight away.

This works well when it’s really focused and specific.

For example:

→ A coach might share one journal prompt

→ A therapist might share one grounding exercise

→ A designer might share one layout tip

→ A product business might share one care tip

You’re not teaching everything, just sharing one clear thing that helps your audience in some way.

2. Reuse something you’ve already created.

You don’t always need a new idea. You might already have:

→ A previous post that performed well

→ An email you sent recently

→ A client question from this week

→ A blog you can take an idea from

Turn it into a Reel by pulling out just one point. Same idea, new format.

3. Answer one simple question your audience often asks.

These work so well because they’re based on real conversations, not guesses. If one person has asked it, plenty of others are probably thinking it too.

Think:

– “How long does this take?”

– “Do I need fancy equipment?”

– “Is this right for beginners?”

One question = one Reel.

You don’t need hours of planning or high energy. Even five minutes can be enough to create something useful and visible.

👉 Save this for your next low-energy day.
