I want to be clear about who my Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed for, and who it might not be the best fit for.

It’s for business owners who want Reels to support their work, but prefer a calmer, more considered approach to creating content. People who value having clear direction, and who want ideas that make sense for their offer and the people they want to reach.

It’s especially helpful if you like knowing why you’re posting something, not just what to post.

It may not be the right fit if you enjoy jumping on trends, experimenting with fast-paced content or posting frequently just to see what works. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just a different way of working.

This offer is about having a small set of Reel ideas that feel relevant, manageable and aligned with how you run your business, so you’re not having to decide everything from scratch each time.

I’m opening the Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank to a small number of people and it’s just £49 until Monday.

Reels don’t need to go viral to grow your business.

They just need to speak to the right person, with the right purpose.

When clients come to me for help with Reels, they’re rarely looking for more ideas or new features to learn.

They want Reels that actually support their business.

They want content that connects with the right people, that makes it clear what they offer and why it matters.

They want their Reels to support their goals, not just “being visible.”

That’s why I don’t focus on viral tactics or complicated edits. I help clients create Reels with a clear purpose, ones that speak to their ideal audience and support a specific offer or outcome.

And that’s exactly what my Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to do.

You tell me your offer and who you want to reach, and I create five tailored Reel ideas that do the thinking for you. Each one is designed to feel manageable to film, relevant to your audience and clear about what’s in it for them.

No trends to keep up with and no wondering what to say.

Just Reels that work with your business, not against it.

I’m opening this to a limited number of people so I can give each content bank the time and care it needs.

Just £49 until Monday 22 December.

✨ If you want Reels that support your offers and goals, comment REEL5 for the link.

Many of the people I work with don’t struggle to come up with ideas.

Often it’s working out what to say, what to show and how to make it connect to their business in a way that feels natural.

That planning stage can take far more time and energy than the filming itself.

The Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to support that part.

Instead of starting from a rough idea or a saved clip and trying to turn it into something useful, you get five Reel ideas that are already shaped around your work, your audience and how you prefer to show up. Each one has clear guidance so you know what to include and how to approach it, without needing to overthink the process.

There’s no expectation to use everything at once. You can dip in when you need direction and leave the rest for later.

I’m opening this to a small number of people so I can create each content bank with proper care.

It’s just £49 (but only until 22nd December)

Many Reels start to feel difficult long before you even get to the filming part.

And it’s not always because of confidence or editing, but because there isn’t a clear sense of what the Reel is meant to support.

When I support clients with Reels, that’s always where we begin. We decide what the content is there to do right now - whether that’s pointing to an offer, helping people understand what you do or supporting your visibility more generally.

Once that’s decided, the rest tends to fall into place more easily. The filming feels more focused, the message is clearer and each Reel has a job to do rather than trying to cover everything at once.

That’s what the Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to support.

You tell me your offer and who you want to reach, and I create five tailored Reel ideas that fit both. Each one comes with opening lines, on-screen text suggestions and filming prompts, so you’re not left figuring out how to shape the idea or where to begin.

There are no trends to keep up with and no complicated editing involved. Just considered ideas you can return to when you want to stay visible in a way that fits your business.

I’m opening this to a limited number of people so I can create each content bank with care.

It’s just £47, but only until 22nd December.

When people tell me that they struggle with Reels, it’s rarely about confidence or creativity.

Quite often, it’s the planning stage that slows everything down. Sitting down with the intention to create something, then getting stuck deciding what’s worth saying, how to say it and whether it even makes sense for their business.

That uncertainty can drain energy far more quickly than filming ever does.

What I’ve seen again and again is that once someone has clear direction - ideas that link directly to their offer and audience - the filming part becomes much easier to approach.

That’s what this week’s offer is designed to support.

The Personalised 5-Reel Content Bank is designed to take the thinking out of Reels and give you clear ideas you can work from, without needing to perform or keep up with trends.

It’s £49, available at this price for 7 days only, and I’m keeping numbers limited so I can create each one properly.

✨ If you’d like someone else to take care of the planning, comment REEL5 and I’ll send you the details.

If you want to stay visible on Instagram but your energy is limited, it can feel frustrating trying to think of something new to post.

Here are three simple content ideas you can use even when your capacity is low:

1. Share one small, practical tip your audience can use straight away.

This works well when it’s really focused and specific.

For example:

→ A coach might share one journal prompt

→ A therapist might share one grounding exercise

→ A designer might share one layout tip

→ A product business might share one care tip

You’re not teaching everything, just sharing one clear thing that helps your audience in some way.

2. Reuse something you’ve already created.

You don’t always need a new idea. You might already have:

→ A previous post that performed well

→ An email you sent recently

→ A client question from this week

→ A blog you can take an idea from

Turn it into a Reel by pulling out just one point. Same idea, new format.

3. Answer one simple question your audience often asks.

These work so well because they’re based on real conversations, not guesses. If one person has asked it, plenty of others are probably thinking it too.

Think:

– “How long does this take?”

– “Do I need fancy equipment?”

– “Is this right for beginners?”

One question = one Reel.

You don’t need hours of planning or high energy. Even five minutes can be enough to create something useful and visible.

👉 Save this for your next low-energy day.

A lot of the usual Reels advice is written with very outgoing, camera-confident creators in mind.

Most of the introverted business owners I talk to have tried to follow some of that: talking to camera even when it feels uncomfortable, saving trends, worrying about whether their Reels look “exciting” enough.

And yet the same thing keeps happening - Reels either don’t get made at all, or they take so much time and energy that it’s hard to keep going.

In most cases, it isn’t about effort. You’re already putting plenty of effort into your business. The issue is that the advice expects you to show up in a way that doesn’t feel natural or sustainable for you.

When you realise that Reels can be built around:

- a couple of simple formats
- clear, calm messaging
- short clips from your real day
- realistic expectations of what a “good” Reel looks like

you stop treating Reels as something that needs a huge amount of energy each time, and start using them in a way that fits alongside everything else you’re doing.

This is exactly what I teach in my Reels Made Simple workshop. It’s a live, step-by-step session where I show you how to plan, film and edit Reels in a simpler, more sustainable way.

If you’d like that in place before the new year, I’d love to see you at the next online workshop on Friday 12 December at 10.30am.

It’s just £47.

I’ve watched introverted business owners go from putting Reels off for weeks to creating simple Reels regularly, and feeling more confident each time they post.

It didn’t happen because they changed their personality.

It happened because they learned a straightforward way to plan, film and edit:

→ simple formats they can rely on

→ more realistic expectations of what a Reel needs to be

→ permission to keep things simple and repeat their message

I see the same shift when someone stops chasing perfect, high-energy, highly edited Reels and starts focusing on:

→ clear, calm messaging

→ a repeatable structure

→ short clips taken from their day

Reels stop feeling like an energy draining task that you don’t want to do and start becoming a way to:

→ stay visible

→ explain what you do

→ reach people you’d genuinely like to work with

without performing for the camera every time.

Here’s what my clients have said:

✨ “I have come away feeling really confident about putting together beautiful reels that will speak to the clients who need me”

✨ “I’ve gone from feeling fear around posting on Instagram to actually quite enjoying it! I feel confident now!”

If you’d like Reels to feel simpler to create and want them to actually support your business, you’re welcome to join the live online workshop:

When I put Reels Made Simple together, I wanted it to feel practical and grounded, not theoretical.

By the end of the workshop, my aim is that you can sit down with your phone and actually know what to do next, without having to search through a pile of saved posts or guess your way through the process.

You’ll have a small set of tools you can rely on:

- a couple of clear formats you can come back to when you want to post
- a simple way to capture short clips from your day that don’t take much extra time
- a basic editing flow inside Instagram, so you’re not tapping around hoping you press the right thing
- hook and caption templates
- a better sense of how to share your message across several Reels, instead of trying to think of something completely new every time

It’s about giving you enough structure that Reels feel manageable alongside everything else you’re doing in your business.

If you’d like that kind of support in place before the new year, I’d love for you to join the live Reels Made Simple workshop on Friday 12 December at 10.30am (via Zoom). It’s just £47.

When people tell me Reels “take too long”, they’re usually right.

By the time you’ve opened the app, searched for the right clips, tried to line them up, added text, changed your mind and re-written the caption, it’s understandable if you don’t feel like doing it again!

Most of the time the issue isn’t your ability. It’s that you don’t have a simple process to follow, so every Reel starts from scratch.

In my Reels Made Simple workshop, I walk you through two straightforward Reel formats from beginning to end.

You’ll also get templates and prompts you can save and reuse, so the next time you sit down to create a Reel you’re not faced with a blank screen and no plan.

If you’d like Reels to feel more structured and less time-consuming, you’re very welcome to join the live online workshop on Friday 12 December at 10.30am. It’s just £47.

You don’t need complicated editing to start creating Reels that support your business.

You can create something simple and helpful in just a few minutes.

Short everyday clips work really well - a moment at your desk, opening your laptop, writing a note, setting up your workspace. Add one clear line of text that supports your audience in some way and use your caption to expand on it.

Here are a few ideas for that one line:

→ “Here’s a simpler way to approach [something niche-related]”

→ “One thing I always remind my clients of…”

→ “If you’re not sure where to start with [issue], try this…”

→ “This one small change makes this easier…”

→ “Something to keep in mind today…”

Here’s how this could look in different niches:

✨ Photographer → “Here’s the simple way I help clients feel more at ease during a photo session.”

✨ Personal trainer → “Here’s what I remind clients when their motivation dips.”

✨ Networking facilitator → “This one mindset shift helps you build genuine connections…”

✨ Travel adviser → “If you’re not sure where to start with choosing holiday destinations, try this…”

Small steps like this make Reels feel much more manageable, especially if you’re still building confidence.

If you’d like support with creating calm, simple Reels that actually help your business, join me for Reels Made Simple.

You’ll learn a step-by-step process you can use every time, plus you’ll get:

→ reel hooks and caption templates you can reuse

→ the workshop recording

→ a checklist you can refer back to whenever you create Reels

If you feel uncomfortable on camera, it can be tempting to avoid Reels completely.

The clients I work with are often surprised when I tell them they can still use Reels without recording lots of talking videos. Short clips of your desk, notebook, workspace, products or simple moments from your day can all help people get a sense of who you are.

You can add clear text over the top to share a tip, a belief or something you want your audience to think about, then use the caption to go into more depth. Your personality shows up in the examples you choose, the words you use and the way you explain things, not only in your face being on screen.

When you do feel ready to appear on camera, you can build that up gradually. A few short clips of you working or setting up can be enough to begin with. You don’t have to jump straight into long speaking Reels.

This is exactly how I approach Reels inside my Reels Made Simple workshop. We look at options that work for camera shy business owners as well as those who are ready to be more visible on screen.

If you’d like to explore this with some structure and support, you can book a place on the live online session on Friday 12 December at 10.30am.
