Our creative director, Karl Jay-Lewin is recognised in this year's rundown, with a lovely acknowledgement of his work on Dance North's annual festival, RISE, which is described as 'a powerful, life-affirming weekend of performance and participation'.

Huge congratulations to Karl, we're very proud over here. Not least that Findhorn is described as such an important locus of contemporary dance.

ROOTS FESTIVAL 2024

A selection of photographs from Roots Theatre Festival 2024, coordinated by Vivid Roots Collective.

Delighted to be able to support Laura, Sophie, Keira and the team again at the in-person part of the event, which took place at Inverness Creative Academy last Saturday.

The full festival programme included online workshops and discussions plus a day of in-person performances, creating opportunities for emerging and Highland theatre-makers to develop new skills, make new connections and showcase their work.
