Now taking on new clients for 1-1, 1-2 or small group sessions. My prices are competitive compared to any local PT and I have a lot to offer with great past experience including my time spent within the Army.

I create sessions that are suitable for my clients and create a comfortable setting where you can achieve your goals without being pushed out of your comfort zone unless of course that’s what you’re looking for 💪🏻 and all this can be achieved in my private garden room/gym so you don’t have any added pressure of other people being around in a normal gym setting.

Sessions can include weight training, cardio, boxercise or a mixture of all depending what you’re looking for and I will also give you my  recommendation depending what you goal is.

“ Max competed in the International Boxing, King of The Ring competition in Boras Sweden over this weekend and won the final in his weight category to be awarded the Gold Medal.

We are really proud of him and all the hard work he has put in and the dedication to his sport having started at 7 years old, we just wanted to share his good news with you. “
