Couple at Woodstock in 1969 and 50 years later.

Jerry and Judy Griffin met when her car broke down on the way to the legendary music festival.
Jerry and Judy Griffin had what they call an "instant connection."

"At that moment Jerry, who was caravanning to the festival with a group of friends in two VW Beetles, thought his luck had definitely changed for the better. “I thought, ‘Okay, this is definitely unusual. We just picked up this really cute girl. And I’m going to Woodstock and I’ve got a tent and she doesn’t.

“For 50 years we’ve been looking for a picture of ourselves, and out of the blue one shows up,” he says. “We’d known each other less than 48 hours when that was taken.”

The festival was only three days, but the connection between the two lasted much longer ― they’ve been together ever since and now have two sons and five grandchildren.

During a performance of "Waitin’ on a Sunny Day", Bruce Springsteen showed his class when he invited a 4-year-old girl on stage to sing in front of thousands of people. Backed by the E Street Band, the young lady sat with Bruce on the side of the stage and delivered a performance no one would have been expecting.

When Adam Lambert didn't win American Idol there was outrage amongst fans of the show. Despite this being 15 years ago, some fans still haven't let it go. An awesome video showing all of Adam's performances on the show went viral prompting hundreds of comments questioning how he didn't come first - and after seeing the video it's hard to argue against. This video proves Adam is a vocal tour de force especially when he absolutely slays Steppenwolf’s “Born to be Wild” in one of the most epic performances on any talent show.

In front of a packed crowd at the Kennedy Center the son of John Bonham, Jason Bonham. Heart's Ann and Nancy Wilson begin playing the intro to "Stairway To Heaven" and they deliver one of the most emotional and poignant renditions of this classic song as the band tears up in the audience. Their beautiful version has reached over 138 million views, making it the most popular cover of this awesome song.

A German polka band made a brass band version of "Sweet Child Of Mine" that instantly went viral on YouTube and it's easy to see why. Wearing leather shorts and waistcoats, they look like they just stepped off the set of Heidi. When they launch into the unmistakable opening riff, you quickly realise there are no guitars in this performance as the opening riff is played on a trumpet - and it sounds fabulous. As the rest of the band join in, we get a mixture of the accordion, the clarinet, the drums and the trombone as they pull off a masterpiece remake of this classic song.

This is Nic Collins, the son of Phil Collins. As the son of one of the most famous drummers in the world, it is not particularly surprising that Nic started drumming when he was two or three years old. In 2014, Phil revealed that a nerve issue had left him unable to grip the sticks. By June 2017, Phil needed to sit when singing, this is when Nic stepped in as Phil's drummer, then as Genesis drummer. Now he is touring with Mike & the Mechanics. During a show with Mike & the Mechanics, Nic performed a drum solo that got fans talking about his incredible talent.

A singer named Dan has turned "Amazing Grace" into an epic power ballad like Disturbed did to "Sound Of Silence". Within four months of uploading, Dan's cover has hit over 5.7 million views and is fast becoming one of the most popular covers of this classic song. Commenters are saying they have heard this song a million times before, but never sung like this. No one would have thought a metal singer could turn this traditional Christian hymn into the breathtaking viral cover it has become - it truly is a work of art.

A 17 year old drummer named Sina recorded a drum cover of Dire Straits' hit song "Sultans Of Swing". Little did she know, she was recording what would become the most watched drum cover on YouTube ever. It might feel like Sultans of Swing holds no more surprises, but no one told masterful drummer Sina that. She played along to a drum less backing track, adding her own groove, and racked up over 65 million views.

Rick Astley was enjoying a Foo Fighters’ set with his wife when the band’s roadie handed him a mic and told him “Dave Grohl wants you onstage”. Astley jumped onstage and found the Foo Fighters had learned his signature song “Never Gonna Give You Up” and wanted him to sing. Despite being “tipsy and jet-lagged” at this point, Astley absolutely knocked it out of the park. Later on UK radio, he gave a language warning for anyone watching the performance online, explaining that “I just lost myself in that moment… singing in front of 50,000 people with the Foo Fighters.”

This dramatic version of “The Sound of Silence” was so powerful many fans said it was even better than Simon and Garfunkel’s original and also rivals Disturbed's mega cover. Dutch baritone Henk Poort delivered an epic version of the song on Dutch TV, first opening with a stately and delicate vocal, before ramping up the song into rock territory and finally a throaty heavy metal roar. The hosts sat there in shock and were just eating it up as Poort absolutely went to town on the song. If you liked Disturbed's version, you don’t want to miss this one.
