Prosecution Witness Testifies Against AG in Adu Boahen Case.

The AG’s prosecution witness, who previously agreed to testify against Adu Boahen, is now providing testimony against the Attorney General.

In open court, the Head of Finance at the National Signals Bureau confirmed that large volumes of operational cash, sometimes transported in “Ghana Must Go” bags, were lawfully moved, fully authorized, and in line with long-standing National Security procedures.

Observers say if the AG fails to secure a conviction against Adu Boahen, he risks ending up like Kissi Agyebeng.

Appeal to the President: – Stop Abu Trica’s Extradition Until Ken Ofori-Atta Is Returned.

Dear President, please do not approve the extradition of Abu Trica unless the U.S. also agrees to return Ken Ofori-Atta.

If they refuse, Abu Trica’s extradition should not go ahead.

We do not support fraud, but justice must be fair: if the U.S. won’t release Ken Ofori Atta, we should not release Abu.

Daddy Lumba reportedly went to Ghana after a €100,000 loan was taken in Germany, – Says Akosua Serwah.

Akosua Serwah Fosuh’s legal counsel, William K**i, has disclosed that the singer left Germany for Ghana at a crucial time, shortly after the couple had taken a €100,000 loan to build houses back home.

According to the lawyer, Akosua Serwah was a nursing mother when Daddy Lumba traveled to Ghana for medical attention.

She explained that Lumba insisted on seeking treatment in Ghana because he didn’t trust the healthcare system abroad.

After the initial trip, he even returned to Germany before later deciding to relocate permanently to Ghana.

Lawyer K**i noted that the huge loan they took placed a heavy financial burden on Akosua Serwah, forcing her to remain in Germany to repay the debt.

He stressed that she did not stay behind by choice but out of responsibility.

He described it as unfortunate that Daddy Lumba’s health worsened after he finally settled in Ghana.

Akosua Brempomaa has expressed shock and frustration after the court ordered a GH₵2 million payment before releasing Daddy Lumba’s body.

If the NDC government keeps performing like this, the NPP may struggle to even secure 20% in the 2028 elections. — Akyem Asuom Krontihene Warns.

The Krontihene of Akyem Asuom, Nana Boadi Amponim Obodade III, has expressed concern about the NPP’s future electoral performance.

According to him, if the current NDC government continues on its present trajectory, the NPP may struggle to secure even 20% of the votes in the 2028 elections.

"I strongly believe that if things continue like this under the NDC, the NPP won’t get up to 20% in 2028." He stated.

He emphasized that the political climate is shifting rapidly and warned the NPP to take these signs seriously ahead of the next polls.
