Today we had over to the Arc in Stockton to shoot some social media content for the Tees Valley International Film Festival. It’s great to be able to give back to the film festival and help share the story of what they are trying to achieve in the Tees Valley area.
On Sunday, 4th August, a protest in Middlesbrough unfortunately escalated into a wave of destruction, causing serious damage to our local communities and businesses, and leaving a devastating impact.
We want to emphasise that this senseless minority who carried out these acts do not represent the people of Middlesbrough. We strongly condemn any acts of violence and stand firmly against anyone who instigates violence towards any group of people.
In the spirit of solidarity and resilience, people from all across Teesside came together early this morning, Monday, 5th August, to work as a united community to clear the mess left behind.
