If only it took 16 seconds to pack 100 orders.
This was Monday morning.
The orders we’d received since leaving the office Friday afternoon.
Since breaking into this industry we’ve been thrown our fair share of drama.
We really made a dent in the market when Embossers and cookie cutters were our thing.
But the industry changed and since closing and reopening we had to.
We didn’t want the drama 🎭
We just wanted to turn up and go home without the overarching stress that came with seasonal releases.
So we made the decision to stay focused on cake toppers and cake charms when we reopened as CTW.
Although we still have normal work stress, the pressure has somewhat alleviated.
You can have a business that suits your lifestyle.
You can dictate terms that work around your beliefs.
Even though we’re 2 years in, it still feels like we’re only just getting started.
Never stop thinking bigger.
Always make the goal harder.
Our first goal was 5 figures in a year.
Then 6 figures.
Now… it’s 7.
It’s a huge jump.
And there’s still just 2 of us.
The next coming months are where all the big changes will happen.
