When you start focusing on yourself, great things happen!

8 months ago I was not in a great place both physically or mentally but I’m happy to say I took some actions to change this with the help of some great people. And the results are here!

I was dubious about posting the before pic as it’s been on my phone as a reminder but I’m happy to see the change!

Still a long way to go but very happy with how things are going. I’m in the best physical shape and mental state I’ve been for so many years!

Here’s to 2022, which is turning out to be a great year 💪🏻
