August seems to have gone in a flash and we're now gearing up for another fantastic month in September!

Over the last month we've successfully worked on custom development projects and continued to support our long term clients.

What is a hybrid app?
Put simply a hybrid app is your website converted into an app that can be downloaded onto any mobile device or tablet.

Why would you get a hybrid app over a custom built app?
1. The cost of a custom app is much higher than a hybrid app.

July was another month of growth for E2E Studios, and we're looking forward to another jam packed month now it's August!

So what have we been up to?

🔵 In July we successfully completed and launched a redesign for one of our clients who's company growth had outgrown their existing site.

🔵 We've continued to work on our project of building video streaming sites and custom apps for various Scottish Premiership football teams. Just a few more to go before this part of this longstanding project is complete!

🔵 In just the last week Matt & I have been in Scotland meeting a couple of our clients, bolstering our relationship and planning for the future.

🔵 We're pleased to announce that we will have another new team member is going to be joining at the start of August.

🟢 One of the biggest wins this month has been transitioning a client from one crm to their own custom in-house system saving them over £10,000 a month.

Filter your lead quality using an automated form.

We were contacted by a mortgage broker specialising in customers with adverse credit. The volume of data collection was very large. Our task was to review all that data and evaluate rules for a range of brokers to determine if the circumstances were suitable. This process took hours and sometimes did not result in a sale, meaning time was spent with no financial return. We created an online form that the business (and customers) could fill in, which would then cross-check brokers to determine what rates were available

Streamline your service department and receive accurate logs and a boost in productivity...

A truck servicing company was brought in to service fleet vehicles. The process initially involved manual documents, signatures, and looking up vehicle information.

We developed a system where they could log each vehicle’s information via a phone app. This system enabled the creation of e-signatures, allowing clients to sign directly on the app.

We also provided access to a small portable Bluetooth printer. They printed a QR code for each vehicle and attached it to the vehicle for quick scanning. Scanning the QR code provided information on the vehicle's last service and integrated with the system to support future servicing schedules.

Get your systems talking to each other with an API connection...

Here is a recent example of a customised API connection for our client and a third-party company. Not only has this saved our client time but has also increased productivity

Client had a manual task of uploading documents to a third-party service to wait for information to be created (several days).

Then they manually downloaded all of the documents and re-uploaded them to their CRM.

We created a system flow that tapped into the API of the third-party system to send the information via API, and

created a polling job to periodically check for updates.

When the documents were ready, it automatically uploaded them to their CRM, removing the human process from that flow and dramatically speeding up the delivery process.

We created a customer workflow system for a search engine system. Their previous process was manually inputting information into a spreadsheet and emailing out the work daily to the employees.

We changed the system to be an online form system that had some template options for quick selection and the ability to assign and diarise work with multiple work queues with different questions.

This provided a 60% uplift in productivity and 85% increase in quality scores due to less manual intervention. It also provided the business with the ability to view and report on colleague performance.
