The studio is complete with a selection of top class mics including a rare vintage 1960’s AKG C24. Our Manchester studio is just five minutes walk from Piccadilly train station, in the Northern Quarter area, surrounded by bars and restaurants. This studio is perfect for solo artists or small bands (no drums), voiceovers, audio post production (TV, film, internet), mixing, mastering, song writing and our music tech courses. Again for the Manchester studio we have world class recording equipment, including a UAD Apollo 8p audio interface, Adam monitoring, Neumann mics, with a Studio Mods acoustically treated control room and separate vocal booth.

i wrote this song 12 years ago and it feels really strange to only be releasing it now.

i’m v excited/nervous to share the first song i ever recorded. although i’ve re-sung parts, a lot of the vocals are still 12 year old me, which stragely makes this a kind of duet with myself.

buttt i think that reflects the sentiment behind a lot of the tracks i have and will be releasing…

This is nice, a project for I've written, produced, recorded and played on. Had some co-write help and playing from and and some amazing singing from
Great fun doing this project as I can write pretty much any style of music (from classic kids stuff, though to House, Hip Hop, Reggae, Indie even hard style trance!!) as long as it fits with the theme.
Fantastic numbers, but combined from all the projects I've ghost written, engineered, produced and played on, easily several times more. However more importantly if people are enjoying the music I make and the studio environment I create then I'll keep on going. Thank you ❤

This is my POV absolutely luvin a vocal take by and sending a zoom feed down to her team in London and Nigel Lowis. Recording a great vocalist is a proper joy and once it's set on that AKG C24 mic of ours and a little bit of Compression on the CL-1B, just sit back and let the singer sing. No punching in and out for every other word, enjoy the performance. Magic 👌

Jake Hardman] with I have Brittle Bones Disease (OI). I have fractured around 35 bones, suffered brain damage from fracturing my skull, and experience daily pain in my back and legs. Now hold on, this is not a Britain’s Got Talent ‘I NEARLY DIED LAST YEAR’ audition! This is all relevant to my new song. Over the last year or so, I have started using a walking stick as my mobility is quite poor at this time in my life, and I am struggling to stand or walk for long periods. This isn’t the problem though. The problem is having my stick snatched off me on nights out. The problem is having to convince bouncers and staff that I DO need my stick. The problem is sitting on the receiving end of derogatory comments about my stick. Besides having my walking stick confiscated by the Driving Theory Test Centre once, I rarely encounter inequality during the day. Whereas at night time, morals fly right out the window. This frustration, combined with reading articles where drunken idiots will push people in wheelchairs around without their permission, has inspired me to write this track. This song is my symbolic way of mooning at the great uneducated who fail to mind their own business. If you enjoy this song, give it a share! LINK IN THE BIO
