We are a rapidly growing recruitment agency that is now looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Manchester.
As part of our growth plans we are looking for someone who can support the office with administrative duties which will allow the business to achieve its growth plans for 2022.
Here's what you will be doing:
• Management of the candidate and client CRM system (Full training will be provided)
• Collating prospects and sending emails to them to generate Jobs / opportunities
• Coordination of the company's project management system, file management and folder maintenance etc.
• Commercial research via the internet and desk research sources
• Other office support administration, as required
The candidate we require will have a keen eye for detail (very important), first class interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken English and the ability to multi-task under pressure. You will need at various times to display a calm temperament, a relaxed but purposeful approach, lots of energy and a flair for organising stuff.
With regards Marketing (We will help offer training in this aspect)
• Getting email marketing ship shape. Helping organise Marketing so that it is accessible and in coherent order.
• Formalising the huge amount of digital information and help with day to day organisation of this.
• Preparing marketing structure & training for new starters.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

· This is a hands-on development role where you will be designing and developing scalable product features.

· Contribute to strategic architecture reviews.

· Leading the day-to-day activities of the platform engineering team. Working closely with the CTO, CIO and the Product team to deliver projects on time and on budget.

· Proactively identifying technical debt (including 3rd party asset reviews and upgrades), areas for platform optimisation and develop operational efficiencies.

· Reviewing development practices to ensure development teams adhere to the defined architecture direction and principles, including reusability, scalability, and supportability.

· Providing hands-on development support as required and hands on development of strategically important projects.

This a remote based role and we are only excepting candidates who currently live and work in the UK.

So what will I be doing on a day to day basis you ask? You will....

Perform business analysis in the initiation and definition stages of a project to ensure the why, what, when and how much is understood before getting approval to deliver the ideas
Ensure scope and requirements are sufficiently understood. Engagement with the business will be via workshops or by other methods deemed to be appropriate to drive forward requirements gathering and elicitation.
Work with the IT solution architect and development leads in the production of an IT Solution Design ensuring that proposed solutions are aligned with IT strategy, yet meet business expectations.
Work with IT colleagues to ensure costs, timescales and any feasibility constraints are sufficiently understood and conveyed to the business
Lead requirements elaboration during the low level design and build of the solution whilst ensuring the business is fully informed and any business related activities are coordinated alongside any IT deliverables.
Contribute to the review and introduction of industry best practice, tools and techniques
Ensure that deliverables are produced according to plans and departmental quality standards

What you will need to be considered for an interview:

Experience of agile approaches and techniques - you need to know the theory and have implemented it in a commercial environment.
Experience of business and/or systems analysis experience obtained in an IT or business department.
Experience of working in the ecommerce sector - Not essential
Experience working with inhouse software/web development teams.

In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, a pretty awesome benefits package which includes a 10% annual bonus (been paid out for the last 4 years) and you get to finish on a Friday at 3:30pm with a 10am start.
