As Megan Giglia MBE explained to us "Everyone in life will hit a low point in their life". But something or someone will snap you out of it. At 27 years old Megan suffered a BRAIN HAEMORRHAGE, was later diagnosed with EPILEPSY and then fell into DEPRESSION. After self discharging herself from hospital Megan set off on a 120mile journey to her friends house by tying her foot to her bike pedal and hand to her handle bar........
It was here she had a conversation with her friend's mother which changed her life around...... Fast forward Megan is now an MBE, Olympic Gold Medalist and World Record Holder.
