Inconsistency is.

Podcasting is not for everyone.

Have you heard of podfade? It’s when a new podcast produces a few episodes and then gradually starts releasing fewer and fewer until they stop entirely.

It’s usually because people jump in without factoring in all the aspects, and then they are surprised when it’s not ‘as
straightforward’ as they imagined.

The women I work with all have these things in common ⤵️

✨They are passionate about impact and influence
✨They are experts at what they do
✨They are passionate about creating community

It's time to set goals and intentions for the month. This is your chance to reflect on the previous month and assess what worked well and what could be improved upon.

✨️ Reevaluate your priorities

✨️Make sure you're still in alignment with your overall vision and purpose.

Personally, I'm picking up reading again. The past couple of months have not only been busy, but I've also simply not prioritized the things that bring me joy (like curling up on the sofa with a good book and a cup of tea)

I would love some good fiction book recommendations, particularly historical romance novels!

In a world where with over 5 million podcasts, you need to have a plan that helps you stand above the rest. And consistency is the bare minimum 🤷🏾‍♀️
