The folks behind Double Dutch kindly sent over their Premium Flavoured Mixers & Tonics for me to try and I absolutely enjoyed them ~

I paired a Bloody Shiraz Gin with one of their Signature flavours, Pomegranate & Basil and it was lovely. Their fun, bold flavours are quite refreshing, such ideal mixers for your spirit of choice.

The Exploration pack contains the following: Pink Grapefruit, Cranberry & Ginger, Cucumber & Watermelon, Double Lemon, Ginger Ale, Refreshing Lemonade, Pomegranate & Basil, Elderflower Tonic, Ginger Beer, Soda Tonic, Indian Tonic & Skinny Tonic Water.

We tried the following:
ใ€‹Garlic Mushrooms
ใ€‹Buffalo Cauliflower Cheese Pot
ใ€‹The Slider & Honey Chipolata Board
ใ€‹Porn Star Martini

So pleased with our time here and we really enjoyed the tasty small plates, lovely sharing board, refreshing cocktails, laid back ambiance and attentive staff.

The portion size of the grazing board is perfect for sharing. Everything was seasoned well plus the contrast of textures and flavours were on point.

They take pride in crafting all the dishes from scratch using locally sourced premium ingredients. Their daytime and evening menu includes homemade classics from full english breakfast to sandwiches, bagels, salads, pizzas, grazing boards etc. plus an extensive drinks selection.

A great spot to hangout with fam or friends and unwind after a long day at work.

As we all know, the centerpiece of Thanksgiving dinners in the United States/Canada is Turkey. Since we don't celebrate it here in the UK, I put my own twist to it and made a Black Pepper Chicken and Lemon Yogurt using 's Non-Electric Self Rotating Rotisserie.

The juicy chicken was perfectly roasted in my Roto-Q 360 which I paired with some veggies on the side (potatoes, carrots & broccoli).

A simple yet delectable meal which you could share with your loved ones not just on Thanksgiving but any occasion.

Ingredients:
4 pcs chicken thighs
1 tbsp black peppercorns
4 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
150g Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
Chopped coriander
