This is just a bit of an update to say where I am and how I’m feeling.
I am feeling good but I’m still working on some stuff!
But who has it all together anyway?
Life can throw you some curve balls and working in construction there are a lot being throw at you!
My life is so busy and I am truly thank for for all the work I have on at the moment! But if I’m honest I need to work on better work life boundary’s because at the moment they are off.
I have a busy month a head but I am taking it one day at a time, and doing the best I can in the time I have.

This week @justin.manley.589 and myself have been travelling round the East Midlands, talking to trades people from all over the region. We have spoke to them and let them know about the amazing support that is out there for them and also there family’s too! From the @lighthouseclub__ As well as letting them know it’s ok to ask for that help and support when you need it. Back in June The MYH Podcast team had a flying visit down to take part in @tftools have a go day at @timbersourceltd .
