CONFERENCE

Once again we had the absolute pleasure of organising the annual NIVAS conference.

Our team and all of the delegates headed down to the Novotel London West at the beginning of June. The event was a huge success thanks to our creative design and setup that gave participants an immersive experience.

Along with our amazing event planning team we were able to provide ample space for exhibits, and speakers' stands as well as high-quality sound and video systems so all speakers could be seen and heard clearly throughout the day of the event!

Last year we held their 25th British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA) Annual Symposium at The ACC Liverpool.

Since 2004 our client has given us the opportunity to produce a global awards ceremony.

From 3 venues in 3 counties in 2004, increasing to 10 venues in 8 counties from 2018.

We installed a unique live video systems across a number of countries, to connect live video and audio to their sites in other countries. Using internal video conferencing equipment alongside specific audio and visual equipment to enable the remote areas to connect and view video, slides and audio to each location simultaneously and seamlessly, alongside a simultaneous webcast which allowed individual staff to view the meeting at their desks or remotely using their laptops.

A little to 2016 & a behind the scenes look at Investigator Meeting, London 📍

In September 2016 we were tasked with turning a nightclub into a professional setting to showcase the clients brand for a high profile Investigators meeting.

At the meeting we used printed panels, vinyls, lights, drape and even repainting the walls we created an environment which perfectly represented the clients branding and delivered a professional meeting using the latest technology. The meeting was also broadcast out to other areas for those that couldn’t attend in person. 👩🏼‍💻
