Our Story

The Pauline Quirke Academy is a weekend performing arts school for 4-18 year olds with core modules in Comedy & Drama, Musical Theatre and Film&Television.

As well as structured, engaging, fun weekly workshops in our three fantastic core modules our students at PQA Fylde will have the opportunity to perform in London's West End, create, produce and star in original films, attend film screenings and take part in National film Festivals, as well as performing in- house productions and performances at local professional venues and take a yearly Trinity Drama exam. If this wasn't exciting enough, our students will also benefit from regular Masterclasses from leading Industry Professionals in all aspects of our diverse industry, from TV Casting Directors to West End performers. All students will also have the opportunity to join our fantastic and incredibly successful agency Quirky Kidz.

PQA Fylde is a fully inclusive Academy open to all young people from 4 – 18 regardless of ability or previous experience.
