Morning. Below is a copy of a text message sent to my works phone. Yes we get them as well. But if you see a message like this. DO NOT. Open any links, or give out personal or banking details. These texts are targeting those in our community that are possibly struggling with fuel bills, or vulnerable to getting these types of messages.
The link in the message below has been edited so should not work. Don't click on it to find out other.

If you read it closely. You will see it's been sent by City Hall. I don't think we have one.
It also intimates that if you do not reply you will lose out.
