I want to share a testimonial with you from a lovely client, that I helped feel fabulous and take control of her hormones during Perimenopause.

Charlie came to me when she was starting to have concerns about the changes her body was going through as she was approaching Perimenopause. She had noticed that loosing the extra weight that had crept on during the early stage of Perimenopause wasn't as easy as it used to be and she wanted to get back to her "happy" weight. She was also having difficulties with broken sleep and lack of concentration, which are all Perimenopause symptom related.

Charlie joined my 8 week Menopause program and this enabled me to work with her and tackle these concerns. I put in place a nutrient dense diet plan that would support her hormone fluctuations which helped her to get back to her happy weight, which has lead to her feeling confident to wear a Bikini again (great result), I love seeing my clients regain their confidence and feel empowered.

An exercise routine was structured doing the things she enjoyed, weight bearing classes and cardio. This also gave her the "head space" to find calm and focus on self-care.

Often it's the small things that make the biggest impact.

Over the 8 weeks I worked with Charlie to achieve her goals, and we tweaked things as we went along, balancing nutrition and diet is not an overnight fix. I provided her with recipes that would benefit her but also fit in with her family and be enjoyable for everyone. Taking into account the different food styles, Vegan and children.

The result here is that Charlie now has the confidence "to go it alone" as the foundations have been laid and she has the knowledge to continue, we still check in to ensure all is well. Charlie has told me that she has noticed changes in her energy levels and body shape, and as I tell all my clients, it's not always the numbers on the scales that count. Your body composition can change and your jeans, dresses may fit better or look better even if the scales don't change.

It's how you feel that really counts.
