It's always an absolute pleasure to be asked to come back to Stock Brook Country Club, over the years I've had many great memories & some fan weddings & parties, it's lovely to catch up with good friends I've made over all those years.

This evening I'm hosting a Charity Dinner to raise money for a really great charity called Kids Inspire, they do some incredible work helping children.

Let's hope we raise lots of money. 🤞

As many of you may know I've been on a pretty constant journey of trying to lose weight & have been quite successful, but there comes a time when it all seems to plateau, so it's time to step it up.......I joined a gym!!

I don't mind admitting that even the thought of me being in a gym sends fear down my spine, so whilst sitting in the car outside the gym today contemplating going in or going home I did find the courage to go in......

It wasn't as bad as I thought if I'm being honest, no one really cares what you look lime, what you wear or why you're even there, I'm going to give it a few weeks & hopefully document what I'm doing in the hope it might inspire a few more to do the same, it took my inspiration from Majestic who is doing something similar & also a DJ.

Wish me luck & sorry for no initial puckered lips, Lycra clad, mirror facing selfies, I'll try & get some soon 😜

I get asked so many times about venues & if I've worked there before, I got asked this week about Wood Farm Barn, Benacre, which is just outside Wrentham, I have nothing but love for this venue, its stunning and allows you to pretty much dress it as you wish, its off the main road so ideal if you have children too, love it ❤️
