Our Story

The MODEL CODE Agency is a black lead model management agency created specifically for aspiring models aged 16-30+.

We provide model representation and artist promotion to clients throughout the United Kingdom. The Company was founded by Mr Ashley Pitter in July 2016.

All of our models are from all walks of life; no matter what race, religion or size they are...thats what makes us different to a lot of agencies out there.

As there are lots so competition out there we are not fully trying to set ourselves apart from them; we will be inspired by them and that will help us to more engage with the demographic we are working with and our clients.

Our models do various types of photo-shoots, video-shoots, runway shows, live fashion shows, hosting events and more!

We were nominated 'Best Model Agency' in 2016 at the Afro Model Awards; we were then nominated for it again in 2017 and won; beating Face4music and Exquisite Models for the top prize.

Our future goal is to get modelling into schools as an extra curricular activity; just like music and drama. We have realised that a lot of people want to enter the modelling/fashion industry but don't know how; so end up in the wrong agencies or involved with photographers which aren't right for them.
