The serious answer is that it depends on how important the event is to you and your clients. How much do you care if things run smoothly and you have redundancy in audio and video footage in case some of the technology fails? Is it important that the video looks professional and you have various angles to cut between, so that the viewers find it engaging and easy to follow? Does the quality matter, or is it for a budget brand?
I have delivered projects on both ends of the spectrums, from high end, to budget, depending on clients needs. In this case, quality, reliability and dependability were extremely important. We got to film the insightful interview between Nick Perrett and Chris Dixon, the visionary founder of Andreessen Horowitz - as you can imagine, there was no room for error. And as usual, we delivered and met client's expectations.
