TSC was delighted to assist in a very worthwhile cause - supporting St Barnabas and the fantastic support they provide to so many.

By streaming the charity event live, the total audience was boosted to include remote supporters not able attend in-person, increasing participation and more importantly, the total funds raised.

Abbey Road Studios
TSC has been privilege to record and stream a vast array of musical events since its foundation in 2008, but a recent recording in Abbey Road Studios was another highlight for TSC’s O/B team.
Perhaps best known for the venue associated with one of the last Beatle’s albums and iconic photo of the Fab four using the zebra crossing nearby, the studio continues to host top bands and artists to this day. The list of artists and their images adorning the walls is staggering, and shows you how much history is tied up in this iconic building in London.
Thanks to the great professional team at the venue, and how lovely to fill the big studio with loads of talented musicians belting out crackers such as Live and Let Die and many others over two days.
It’s lovely to mix work with pleasure!

Live corporate events tread a difficult path these days: most are back in venue, some are fully on line/virtual and some have mixed the best of both worlds. A recent virtual only AGM by one of the UK’s top PLC retailers created a lot of noise and even a campaign group set up against it to demand greater shareholder interaction recently.

TSC has been doing live investor relations events for over 15 years and has seen significant change over that period. We fully understand that many venue based event organisers have a deep fear of allowing online attendees as it could suppress selling or filling seats at the selected venue, but our experience suggests that this is normally unfounded. In a similar way, being only virtual (and heaven forbid not allow interaction) will equally alienate a section of your audience.

TSC recognises two very distinct groups of event attendees:
a. Those who can’t wait to go to a venue to listen to and interact with core speakers and also enjoy the social/networking aspect of in-venue events
b. Those who do not have the time or inclination to travel to a city centre, and are content with dipping in and out of a live event targeting specific speakers/topics of interest within a full day’s programme.

Yet another virtual/hybrid and hugely interactive live event by TSC managed from the London studio.

Speakers were given the normal first-class treatment, allowing them to focus on delivering the content they know and love. Meanwhile TSC’s talented team steered the production backstage. The hard work from everyone involved provided a seamless experience for the viewers, who were all watching on a dedicated website tailored to the needs of the event.

TSC’s production team were filming in The Supreme Court to record material to be used in a client’s career development and E-learning programmes. This follows TSC’s continual involvement in E-learning since it started back in 2008.

Law students need quality content and access to courts are restricted so it’s great to see where it all happens in the highest court for criminal cases in the UK.

Great content and a lovely experience for TSC’s team which can add yet another top legal venue to it’s experiences.

Another virtual AGM for this club of big cat owners all dedicated to keeping their own and other Jaguars (classic and modern) on the road. Unlike a track day and meet (which the club organises many) where the whole idea is attending in your car, an AGM does not need a physical presence as it can be handled perfectly well on TSC’s virtual (or hybrid) events platform.

Avoiding the cost of hiring a venue but covering the statutory AGM resolutions, Director elections (polling) and stream of live questions to Directors is dealt with by TSC’s operators and the platform with full moderation and virtual green room.

Best of all, the audience of virtual AGMs is always higher than in-venue ones and in this case, members from many countries around the world participated in, and enjoyed hearing from club Directors making this yet another highly engaging event which ticks the green boxes and saves money.

A busy day in the studio live mixing on-set talent and moderator with remote speakers, rich media presentations and constant interaction with a global audience.

Professional broadcasts like these are not the bun fight of a mass Zoom/Teams/Skype call - the whole show is planned and controlled, whilst at the same time addresses the flurry of real time messaging sent into and addressed by the studio panel and experts.

After the event, the sessions are split up for later archive watching, and as the event is accessed via TSC’s event platform, extensive reporting is available on all viewer interaction, session time, questions asked etc. for the event organiser.

A certain well known UK motoring journalist has recently brought farming into our lives, and has brilliantly highlighted the highs and lows of farming with his usual dry wit humour. Tractor Ted has been educating and entertaining kids (as well as their parents and grand-parents) for many years, and has an extensive library of episodes which has built up over the years.

TSC’s OTT platform hosts and manages libraries of video on behalf of content owners, and integrates with designated payment platforms, or we can set up a paywall for you if required.

It's great that venue based events are in many cases back to pre-pandemic levels, but some events are still missing out on some of their target audience.

Venue based events often fear remote participation, as it could deter people from attending the event in person. This doesn’t not need to be the case and TSC have tons of experience of balancing venue plus remote viewers (Hybrid) as well as fully virtual events. Some venues just want filming for later social media and marketing purposes, so it’s a case of seeing what best suits each event.

TSC have been in the streaming business since 2008 and has had the honour to work with a wide range of clients including but not restricted to venues, companies, sports bodies, agencies, politicians, and even presidents. We are proud of all our work, but perhaps most rewarding can be when working with charities to further their wonderful causes.

A recent example was to assist St Barnabas Hospice where TSC assisted with this fund raiser. Our platform allowed this hybrid event to reach a bigger audience - those who could not physically attend at the venue but wanted to support remotely.

A real Triumph!

Another in our series of highly interactive Virtual AGMs professionally produced for the members of this busy and award winning club celebrating Triumph cars. It is great to see venue based gathering come back in force so that members were able to meet up again, drive their beloved cars and proudly present them to fellow members. When it came to the AGM however it was easier to do this online using TSC’s secure event platform, which also meant of course including overseas members who would have otherwise been excluded.

Next step is the hybrid approach to blend the best of venue and virtual participants.

TSC’s Outside Broadcast division delivered yet another highly interactive series of live streams. The well planned event involved numerous products from a big consumer brand wrapped into an escape room scenario. Influencers engaged their social media followers to watch them undertake numerous challenges to allow them to escape.

Technical and production/filming was carried out by TSC’s OB team and ended up attracting over 65,000 views with more watching catch-up and getting immersed in the consumer brand.

Yet another virtual AGM, this time for a much loved British car brand’s enthusiasts club AGM. TSC were delighted to add yet another managed and professionally produced high quality and secure AGM to its long list of virtual meetings.

Great content covering pre-recorded events, was professionally mixed along with PowerPoint slides, images and live real time video of all remote presenters. Real time interaction using our secure events platform allowed members to vote securely on AGM resolutions and pose questions to the board from all over the world.

Next step, given the resumption of venue based meet-ups, is moving into hybrid mode when it is possible for many to meet at a venue face-to-face, whilst at the same time allowing those not able to attend due to distance and time pressures etc, to follow the all-important board meeting elements and ask questions remotely.
