🪂 SCOTT LYON sends Idris Elba to switch Kelly from her 'Out of data' prone mobile contract to Sky Mobile. Of course it's no average switch when Idris and Scott are at the helm! More like anl action packed rescue operation that sends them both blasting through the roof of a bus into the sky, parachuting down past George in his bath with easy switching completed along the way.

🎬 All in a days work when directing Idris Elba.

Great review of Max Fisher's short film Mouse! in UK Film Review.

"Operating on multiple levels of perspective and social implications, writer-director Max Fisher is concerned with how we deal with death in all forms; from the perspective of a hopeful child, to that of his jaded father feeling alienated by the flawed systems he’s forced to confront" writes James Learoyd.

When adam&eve co-founder Ben Priest first approached Tim Bullock to direct the now iconic 'Brad & Dan' Fosters campaign, "which sought to re-establish and reinforce the Australian beer's long-running association with comedy.

The scripts were playful with the stereotype of Australian blokeishness, and Bullock was unsure" writes Jason Stone in David Reviews.

NEW SIGNING - TIM BULLOCK the acclaimed and admired director has joined the Rogue roster.

From the iconic ‘Brad & Dan’ campaign for Fosters to numerous awards including Cannes, British Arrows, D&AD and Australian Director’s Guild - Tim is highly sought after and we’re delighted he’s chosen us as his UK home.

His commercial works include spots for Toyota (Hilux Bog), AAMI (Athletes), Specsavers (Fishing), and NZ Lottery (Armoured Truck).

Kate Taylor says that Tim "has a reel that oozes confidence and craft - that there are a few big chortles to be had, just makes it for me. I’ve been a huge fan of his for years - so, naturally, I’m delighted that he’s chosen to come to Rogue - and no, I don’t need to go to Specsavers. I know exactly what I’m looking at when I look at his work. Genius! That’s what.”

With an unrivalled reputation in drama and comedy, Tim makes films that make people feel something. In his own words he’s “all about mining for a reaction - whether it be laughter or tears or inspiration”, and is a master of adopting a tone of voice and stylistic approach that suits the script and the message.

Why us for Tim? “Throughout my time directing, Rogue has always been a name associated with rock-solid, quality work. I like that the company represents a breadth of directors with differing styles but all united by a high standard of work. Sam Brown is particularly inspiring to me. And what’s not to like about Kate Taylor? I’ve been a long time fan of hers and I can’t wait to work with her.”

Welcome Tim!

Shots did a BIG interview with us, New Commercial Arts and Electric Theatre Collective on the making of the Sainsbury's Christmas ad.

When they asked Sam what 'moment are you proudest of in the film?'

"I’m proud of anything we shot outdoors, because we were assaulted by the most atrocious weather throughout.

The fact that anything made it on to screen at all is down to the tireless effort and ingenuity of Polly [Ruskin], my producer"

Right answer Sam :)

SAVE THE DATE - BLACK DOVES directed by LISA GUNNING drops on Netflix on 5th December! We can't wait.

Set against the backdrop of London at Christmas, BLACK DOVES is a sharp, action-filled, and heartfelt story of friendship and sacrifice. It follows Helen Webb (Keira Knightley), a quick-witted, down-to-earth, dedicated wife and mother — and professional spy.

For 10 years, she’s been passing on her politician husband’s secrets to the shadowy organisation she works for: the Black Doves. When her secret lover Jason (Andrew Koji) is assassinated, her spymaster, the enigmatic Reed (Sarah Lancashire), calls in Helen’s old friend Sam (Ben Whishaw) to keep her safe.

Together, Helen and Sam set off on a mission to investigate who killed Jason and why, leading them to uncover a vast, interconnected conspiracy linking the murky London underworld to a looming geopolitical crisis.

Keira Knightley, Ben Whishaw, Sarah Lancashire as you've never seen them before. Black Doves, a six-episode spy thriller, coming December 5th.Trailer music: ...

Who Are Rogue?

A production company. A good one. For 20 years we’ve been responsible for some of the most iconic global advertising campaigns – and as a result, we’ve built something more than just a business, better than numerous awards. We’re proud to have built a culture – the beating heart of which is a family of Rogues, where everyone fiercely protects the craft in all we do…

Because we care passionately about everything we make.

We are creators and makers. We make the best, better. We believe in the transcendent magic of great film-making and we find, nurture and support our global talent in creating unique and powerful work.
