We have been wearing keffiyehs for many years. They are the only remaining factory in there is a bit of a waiting list for them but we are very happy to receive this one today in the colours of the flag of Palestine. We will be proud to wear in in solidarity with the oppressed people of and particularly in solidarity with the journalists who have died and those who continue to work to bring words and pictures to us so that we cannot ignore the suffering. 🇵🇸🍉

We have just watched the video this still if from. A man carrying a dead child with a face but the rest of their head is gone. A line was crossed by Israel a long time ago but this is just horrific. Heartbreaking to see. There’s no words you can say to capture the horror of videos like this. There is no justification in the world anyone can give for the targeting and killing of children and civilians in this way. Nothing… Nothing justifies this. There is no other word than evil. No-one will ever forgive those who did this. When will world leaders put a stop to this? 😳

Jeremy Corbyn offers to shake the hand of the defeated Labour Party candidate after Jeremy standing as an Independent candidate was re-elected to serve his constituents in Islington North as he has since 1983.

We have covered the General Election campaigning in Islington North in the run up to the election and focused on Jeremy’s campaign as the Local Labour Party didn’t respond to our multiple requests to contact us. We wonder the logic of imposing a candidate in an area that has someone so committed to serving their local community as Jeremy Corbyn.

Jeremy Corbyn re-elected to serve his constituents in Islington North as he has since 1983. It was an exciting night at the Islington Tennis Centre where the count was held.

We have covered the campaigning in Islington North in the run up to the election and have focused on Jeremy’s campaign as the Local Labour Party didn’t respond to our multiple requests to cover their campaign. We wonder the logic of imposing a candidate in an area that has someone so committed to serving their local community as Jeremy Corbyn.

We were excited today to receive our latest #keffiyeh #kufiya order from @hirbawi in pure black. We have a variety of colours which we wear socially and when we are working. It’s the most practical garment with multiple uses in all weather and we are feel it is important to show support and solidarity with the people of #Gaza #Palestine particularly the journalists, families and children affected by Israel’s recent targeted attacks on their homes and shelters. 🇵🇸💚

Here’s how #gbnews covered the #remembrancesunday two minute silence. On this online version there’s an iPhone alarm that goes off at 11am at the start of Big Ben. Then the silence on airs is rudely interrupted by bars and tone. The on air version cuts straight to half an advert afterwards.
