🚨We’ve got something fun for you tonight - ‘I Am Darren’ is coming to your screens!🚨

A 15 minute Sports mockumentary about GB Paralympian Darren Silverstone, who had the nation rallying behind him before his infamous choke in Tokyo. For the first time, he tells his story - and embarks on his glorious comeback. 🚴‍♂️

In Tokyo 2020, Darren Silverstone was the Paras GB poster boy. He cruised to the final and charmed the nation along the way with his signature dance move, the dazzle. But as he took that final bend ready to take gold, Silverstone lost his head and celebrated too soon… 😱

Darren’s best friend and pilot rider in Tokyo, Paul Potter, was never seen again in the public eye. And now, Silverstone’s back. Ready to take to the tandem at Paris 2024. But is he ready? Who will he be riding with? This is I Am Darren.

We showed you the trailer last week, and we cannot wait for you all to get to see more of it!✨🤭

This brand new comedy focuses around the relationship between Freya, a 30-something Canadian artist and tetraplegic, and Abe, a 50-something straight-laced lawyer, who thinks he’s the old dog that can learn new tricks. The expeditious pace of the relationship leads Abe to invite Freya to move into his house before she's even seen upstairs! 😱Because of Freya’s disability, She needs a personal assistant to be there at all times and she decides to invite chaotic and impulsive best friend Jo to take the job. What could go wrong?🧐

🚨Freddie Flintoff is back! The first episode of ‘Freddie Flintoff’s Field of Dreams: On Tour’ is out tonight!🚨

After transforming a cricket club and the lives of teenagers in his hometown of Preston, Freddie and the lads are back in this follow up series, on a tour to India. 🏏🇮🇳

In 2022 Freddie had a plan to take the team he created during the first series to compete in India, a country in which cricket is 10x more popular than football. Two years in the making, this is the story of the most unlikely cricket tour that almost didn’t happen.

If you are looking for a heartwarming watch, then this one is perfect for you. 🫶

🚨Saddle up, ‘Champions Full Gallop’ is out today!🚨🐎

We are sure that you have all seen that tantalising trailer we posted on wednesday 😉Well today is your day, the first episode is airing tonight!

With unrivalled access to Jockeys 🏇, trainers and some of the biggest names in the industry, ‘Champions Full Gallop’ follows the 2023-24 Jumps season displaying the peaks and troughs of National Hunt racing. If you like a fly on the wall sports documentary, then this one is definitely for you. ✨

The first episode will be out at 9pm on ITV, and if you can’t get enough episodes two and three will be available on ITVX too!📺

E M M Y S – Wow! 🤯💥

Unbelievably excited that Fifty Fifty’s very own incredibly talented Dubbing Mixer, Richard Gallagher, has been nominated for an EMMY for Outstanding Sound Editing For A Nonfiction or Reality Program 2024 for The Greatest Night in Pop.

We are incredibly proud of Richard’s efforts across this amazing Netflix feature documentary, as well as the efforts of the rest of the audio team to bring the story alive of the recording of the hit pop song’ We are the World’ in 1984.

Bravo Ric!! 👏👏👏

In case you (somehow 😉) haven’t caught an episode before, this show is a medley of some beloved stand up routines from the countries most popular comedians, to new material from the talent rising up through the ranks - with a mixture of live routines and recreated filmed sketches. ✨

Massive Congratulations to both Mawaan Rizwan for his award for ‘Male Performance In A Comedy’, and the whole team at Various Artists ltd for ‘Such Brave Girls’ winning the award for ‘Scripted Comedy’. 🤗

Both are so deserving of their awards, with each already having won some other awards earlier this year ✨. We couldn’t be more proud to have worked alongside both, everyone at Fifty Fifty is sending a huge congratulations! 🥂👏🎉

To mark the 30th anniversary of the tragic passing of Kurt Cobain on April 5th 1994, ‘Kurt Cobain: Moments That Shook Music’, a brand-new BBC documentary, will be airing at 21:25pm tomorrow night on BBC Two. This documentary will delve into some powerful and rare archive footage, some never seen before on British TV, to lay out a thorough account of the days that led to Kurt’s devastating death.

It has absolutely rocked 🎸 to work alongside Touchdown Films on this project centred around the icon that was Kurt Cobain, and we can’t wait for you all to see it!

We’ve been working away with Rockerdale Studios on this brilliant special, in light of Autism Awareness Week. Well-renowned actor and director, Michael Sheen, sets up to face the ultimate grilling from a panel of 35 autistic and neurodivergent interviewers: no subject is out of bounds, no question shall lay unturned. Expect turmoil, excitement, and revelation. 👀✨

This project is one that we are so proud to be associated with, and we hope it leaves you feeling as good as we did whilst making it! 💙

Well isn’t this some lovely news to head into the Easter break on!?👏🎉

‘Juice’ won the award for ‘Comedy Drama’ last night at the Royal Television Society Awards, and we couldn’t be more chuffed for everyone at variousartistsl! 🌟🏆🤗

The judges said it “felt unique and very original, packed with both innovation and imagination”, which is exactly why we had such a pleasurable time working on this project. This show is so deserving of this award and we are so proud to have worked on it! 💫

A huge congratulations to the team at Various Artists Ltd from everyone here at Fifty Fifty. 🎊🥂

Enjoyed the first two instalments of the Record On docu-series…?😉👀

Well then tune in tonight at 9pm on Sky Arts, to enjoy the third, and final, instalment of the 3 part docu-series exploring the context behind and making of, of some of history's most influential albums, and the artists behind them.

‘Record On: The Specials - A Message To You’, delves into The Specials and how they emerged in the late 1970s during a time of great social, political and economic upheaval. Examining how they shaped contemporary music and pop culture with their tones of unity and harmony in the face of ongoing political and social challenges. 🎤🎸🎶

As they say, all good things come in threes, and we certainly had a blast working on this project with White Light International Media Ltd 💥🌟

Life-long friends Sheldon Nichols and Peter Harriott, draw on their combined 80 years of experience in the industry, to rebuild and restore classic cars within the guides of the clients brief and budget. 💵💰

Can’t get enough of our Netflix comedy specials…? Well lucky for you, we have another one releasing today! 🤣💥

‘Hannah Gadsby Gender Agenda’ is the newest of our comedy instalments, with Hannah Gadsby as curator and host, and features from Jes Tom, Alok, Asha Ward, Chloe Petts, DeAnne Smith, Krishna Istha, and Mx. Dahlia Belle.

Not only is it a star studded lineup, the show took place at the stunning Alexandra Palace - a venue worthy of such a spectacle 🎭🏟️✨

We hope you laugh as much watching this, as we did making it!

And of course, a huge thank you to the team at So Television, we had a ball making this both important & hilarious show!👏

Something a little bit different for you all to enjoy!

We recently came together with Great Guns & Calum Macdiarmid to help complete the look for the music video for Jimothy Lacoste ‘Bye London’👋🏙. Our exceptionally talented Tony Osborne colour graded footage of Greece’s picturesque landscape🏜️, shot on a mix of an original Sony Handycam from the 00’s 📹, a sprinkling of drone footage and a handful of clips from zoom screen recordings to create a unique and individualistic music video!

Certainly a cool project that we really enjoyed having some input on!

Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe put on a stunning performance, featuring a stage show, full back-up band and mesmerising visual backdrops, in front of a sold-out audience. With film direction from leading live performance director, David Barnard. This brand new concert film includes all of Pet Shop Boys' greatest hits from their live performance. 🎶🎤

🚨🌟IT’S ‘THE GREATEST NIGHT IN POP’ DAY 🌟🚨

We hope you are all as excited as we are!!

After its brilliant reception at the Sundance Film Festival, ‘The Greatest Night in Pop’ has been fully released on Netflix today!!

This superb documentary details the untold story behind the creation of the legendary single, ‘We Are The World’, and how 46 of the greatest pop stars to ever exist, came together in one Los Angeles recording studio to create a song to raise money for African famine relief. Not only did it raise over $60 million ($130 million in today's money), it changed the climate of global pop culture forever.

It was a real honour to work on such a brilliant project alongside the talented team at Dorothy St Pictures, we couldn’t have been more proud with how it has turned out!

We hope you all enjoy this one as much as we did making it!
