He’s speaking out against proposed UK copyright law changes that could allow artificial intelligence developers to use creators’ work for training—without permission.

As writers, we understand the importance of originality and ownership. These changes could open the door for tech companies to profit from our work while stripping us of control and compensation.

McCartney warns that this could harm not just musicians, but all creators, including writers, artists, and filmmakers. We need to be informed and take a stand to protect our creative future.

Exciting announcement… on 23rd December I’m joining my wonderful friends and at for a night of feel good live music on support of ‘Louder Together; Amplifying Q***r Voices one beat at a time’, and raising funds for a Q***r songwriting camp in Brighton next year by .

Think Soulful beats, House, Dance, DnB, and more. There’ll be a raffle, cheerful banter, a lot of dancing and celebration Q***r culture across the board. Let this be the Christmas party we NEED this year! 🤩😍💃
