How can I apply?
You can simply go to https://www.everestoutsourcing.com/register and register as a job seeker. After you completely fill in your profile information, you will be notified once we have any job openings that suit you. We shall then move forward with the hiring process.
What skills do I require?
You can apply if you think you qualify for any of the services we offer to businesses that are looking to outsource their projects. This may include knowledge in web development, designing, programming, quality assurance, customer service, technical support, etc. However, you may still apply if you think you have something else to offer and we will try our best to find you a job at EO. Also, since we deal with international clients, you’ll need to be fluent in English.
Who will govern my contract?
Everest Outsourcing shall be responsible to manage and govern your contract. We will ensure you get the service and payment as declared in the contract and will manage that efficiently.
How do I receive payment?
You will receive the payment as per the contract terms in a timely and systematic manner directly into your bank account. Further discussion on this can be done when signing the contract.
What is the pay scale?
The payment scale depends on various factors such as your skills and experience, the hiring company’s profile, work nature, and hours. However, we make sure you get the most competitive and best package than what is already on the market.
Who will be responsible for the payment?
Everest Outsourcing will be responsible for the timely payment of your salary as per the contract.
Do I need to commit full-time?
This entirely depends on the opening and job nature. You can choose the type of job you want and we shall arrange those accordingly.
Can I work remotely?
Depending on the nature of the job, you may also get the advantage to work remotely. We also do have a dedicated office space where you could work along with some other talented colleagues.
Are the work hours flexible?
This too depends on the nature of the job. If the job can be done on flexible hours, we shall let you do that as well - so no worries there.
