Ever considered venturing into the world of Finance? We have a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice looking to step into the industry!

We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Claims Administrator to join our growing International Credit Services team based at our Offices and Distribution centre in Frating, Colchester. This opportunity is offered on an 18-month apprenticeship programme, obtaining a level three in business administration.

Worried about not having had prior experience in Finance? That's no problem at all! What is important to us is that you are eager to learn, have good attention to detail, and are not afraid to ask questions.

We will, of course, train you on our systems and give you all the tools you need to succeed.

This role will be based at our site in Frating – where free parking is available, we are currently trialling a hybrid model including home working, this will be discussed at interview.

Looking for your first role in Finance? Well, now is your chance!

The number one priority for us is to make sure that our authors are paid correctly and on time. The accounting team is responsible for payments, reconciliations and financial reporting, dealing with authors, agents and internal departments. This assistant role will be supporting the accountants in the team to make sure this work is done.

What is important to us is that you are eager to learn, have good attention to detail, and are not afraid to ask questions. We will, of course, train you on our systems and give you all the tools you need to succeed. We do not expect you to have any finance or accounting experience. Our teams work with bespoke systems and all training will be provided.

A fantastic opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in a Finance team. Perhaps you’re thinking of working in finance long term or want to work towards an AAT or ACCA qualification. This role will help you get there!

This role will be based at our site in Frating – where free parking is available. The Royalty Accounts team currently work from home four days a week, going in to the office on a Thursday.

We are looking for a Dispatch Administrator join our team based at our Distribution centre in Frating, Essex on a permanent basis. The shift pattern for this role is 6am -2pm, 5 days a week on site.

Working with the Dispatch Administration team and the Logistics Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the planning and administrating of the daily requirement for palletised freight in accordance with prescribed schedules.

To be successful in this position you will have excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable working across the Microsoft Outlook suite including Excel and be able to quickly learn our multiple warehouse systems.
